We create our Wesak altars, place our crystal bowls on the altar, & out in the open air in the garden.
We hang our prayer flags, all in preparation.
We assume a sense of dedication, intention, silence & expectation to participate with the Great Ones and with the New Group of World Servers – together, in this Taurus Festival of blessings.

The Buddha Taurus Solar Festival.
Under the light of the full moon.
Disciples place a crystal bowl of water in the gardens,
outside in the air, so the waters in our bowls can absorb the blessings from the Lord of the World via the buddha.
It is such a sacred event.

The Buddha offers to humanity in the blessing, the Will of the Father – Taurus is on the Fixed Cross (Taurus, fixed earth). At this festival, we too can be in touch with our will/Will. Will power is an unstoppable force that overcomes all obstacles. With our will we can “destroy” or we can “create.” Divine Will power is beneficent. It overcomes limitations, creates all that is good. Buddha, in his teachings, offered us the whys of suffering (4 Noble Truths) & the Ways towards a sense of harmony & peace (Eightfold Path). The Christ added to the Buddha’s wisdom by offering the Law of Love to humanity. At the Wesak Festival, both brothers are present. Let us be present with them, thru intention.

Timings & Suggestions
4:49pm (PT). 6:49pm (central). 7:49pm (east coast).
We suggest people begin a half hour beforehand.
Be outside if possible. The Buddha is with us for eight minutes.
After the eight minutes of receiving the blessing, we will recite the Great Invocation. And take a sip of the holy waters, which is a communion with the elements and with all the Masters and Teachers.

Blessing
Wesak is when the Buddha, Lord of Enlightenment, who chose to remain with humanity, assisting in humanity’s enlightenment,
returns once again for his yearly blessing.
The blessing is from the Lord of the World (Sanat Kumara, our God from Venus), in Shamballa (Ray 1).Wesak Festival a real & living event.
Disciples gather in the Wesak Valley.
We join them with our creative imaginations.

The Buddha appearing (for 8 minutes) in the etheric realms of our planet. To offer humanity a blessing.
The Christ & Masters & Adepts & Disciples, aware of this event, make themselves available & are present.
The Christ receives the blessing from the Buddha & turns & radiates it out to humanity.

When the Eye (Ajna Center) is opened (we see that) All is Light.

Taurus (sign of illumination) transmits ‘the Light of the Path’ – providing us with a vision of the way forward spiritually and essentially – and in understanding what that path is or the way forward might be.

We clear our minds so that nothing hinders our participation
in this reality of the Buddha’s appearance.
It is a holy sacred event for our planet Earth.
Nothing should hinder us, nothing is more important than this festival of blessings from the Father in heaven via the Buddha.

The Buddha full moon festival is the 2nd of the Three
Spring Festivals, that give impetus and direction for the
following nine full moon festivals.

Passover begins tonight at the first sighting of a star in the heavens. The Jewish festival of stepping away from bondage (Egypt) & stepping towards the land of freedom (Canaan, land of milk & honey).

Disciples hold multiple realities on the Constitution of Man (spiritual map, geography of the multiple dimensions we live within – seven levels w/ seven of each sublevels) w/ knowledge, understanding, poise, preparation & dedication.

The Wesak Taurus festival has profound significance.
Therefore the NGWS are called to attention & to dedication.
Nothing happens casually during these Festival.
Their purpose is the enlightenment & evolutionary push for humanity.
The NGWS stands between Hierarchy & Shamballa & humanity. These are the three world Centers. Hierarchy & Shamballa & Humanity.
The Hierarchy is grateful when disciples show up each year at the Wesak Festival. We mobilize all our forces to withstand the kali yuga & the burning ground which is our world now. Not entangled in the drama of our world.
So moving together in our journey to the Wesak Valley.

We will gather the light & throw it upon the burning ground.

In the Wesak Valley.
The Trans-Himalayan valley, meaning beyond Mount Kailash. On the northern side of Mount Kailash, in the valley, the Taurus Wesak buddha full moon festival takes place. The gathering of the Masters of Wisdom and their accepted disciples occurs each year according to the sun, moon stars creating a pattern, according to an order, which is geometric. The Christ & Masters in calling forth the Buddha – they will form geometric shapes in the form of a dance – squares, triangles, circles, double triangles. T varieties of geometrical formations will keep happening along with mantrams. As they perform this invocative movement, we will be behind them, some will take their seats on the ground, all of which are pre-allotted.

The valley of Wesak appears & reveals itself twelve hours before the full moon event. Otherwise, it is hidden in the valley. It surfaces itself twelve hours before the event and creates a temple of masonic order with no roof. It is out in the open, mountains on each side, trees on the mountains. It is cool with the touch of the mountain air in the valley of Himalayas. There, the gathering happens and everyone waits.

Wesak Full Moon Festival – Buddha Blesses the World

The Wesak Buddha Full Moon Festival is Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
After Sun enters Taurus on Friday, after Saturday’s transit of Jupiter/Uranus in
Taurus (the real beginning of the Aquarian Age), after Earth Day and the first night
of Passover, Monday at sundown, one of the year’s most important full moon
festivals occurs on Tuesday. This is the April Buddha Full Moon or the Wesak (holy
waters) Festival.
During this festival the Buddha appears in the heavens, He carries and distributes
a blessing to humanity and Earth’s kingdoms from the Lord of the World (our God,
Sanat Kumara who came from Venus). Disciples around the world prepare by
placing crystal bowls filled with water in gardens and the open air. As the Buddha
blesses the world, all waters are imbued with this divine blessing.
During the Wesak festival, the Forces of Enlightenment are called upon to remove
hindrances and to expand humanity’s discrimination and discernment. It is the
“will of the Father” that we achieve liberation from materialism, make
appropriate choices to build the new Era (Aquarian Age), and step upon the Path
of Return.

The Wesak festival occurs yearly in a protected valley in the Himalayas (a real
location). Many disciples, seekers and aspirants from many lands) gather in this
valley at festival time. Thee is a great stone with a crystal bowl filled with pure
mountain water. Around this stone, the Great Ones (Christ, Masters, Hierarchy,
Initiates, Avatars, Adepts, etc.) just prior to the full moon time, prepare for and
invoke the Buddha using sacred words, geometrical dances, prayers, mudras and
invocations. At the moment of the full moon the Buddha’s presence is called forth
(into the etheric plane of the Earth) with the words,
“We are ready, Buddha. Come!”
As the Great Lord of Illumination appears (he remains for eight minutes)
accompanied by the Forces of Enlightenment, He distributes the blessings of the
Will-to-Good and the Will to Love. They are distributed to every kingdom on
Earth, especially to humanity.

And so, on Tuesday, let us place our crystal bowls, filled with pure water, out in
the open (gardens, meadows, fields, stones, steps, doors, windowsills, fire
escapes, porches, ledges, etc.). The waters will receive and absorb the blessing of
the Buddha, the Will-of-God. They are our communion with the Divine.

ARIES: A continuing theme is your self-identity and now it’s you and your
interactions with friends and in groups. Be aware of what you offer, what you say
and provide, and how to expand the good in both self and others. Your future
depends upon the cultivation and unfoldment of your gifts, talents and abilities.
How to do this? With intention to know what they are. Calling upon the Soul for
guidance. A blessing of knowledge results.

TAURUS: Throughout your life you always sought illumination in what you do, see,
think, feel and explore. Whether conscious of this or not (now you are), this
theme is both your life purpose and life work. As the Buddha blesses humanity
you are to receive that blessing personally then turn and bless others with your
illumined mind and kind compassionate heart. You will then help steward the yet
to unfold future. And great creativity comes forth.

GEMINI: You might consider your actual etheric presence to show up at the
Wesak festival (it can occur with intention in dreams). One must have great
aspiration to participate. The Wesak Festival is deeply involved with Venus, your
Soul ruler, and with Mercury (Ray 4, Harmony Through Conflict), your personality-
building ruler. All these energies combine to bring you to the next state of
awareness and spiritual consciousness. Shall we travel to the festival together? An
esoteric group is now preparing. You are invited.

CANCER: It’s best to maintain quiet contemplation so all information being
received at this holy Wesak time can organize itself into deep understanding.
Realize the gatherings and groups you belong to offer you ways to exchange and

share. Group work can feel new to you, perhaps its outcomes are unexpected.
Eventually they become a deeply cherished experience. Much of your life is
hidden for the purpose of protection. You will soon realize you’re in the deep
embrace of the future.

LEO: Prior knowledge of who you are in the world, your work and leadership
abilities and how you influence others are all being evaluated, reviewed and
reformed. You will eventually reinvent yourself by calling upon hidden gifts and
abilities, adapting to behaviors of those you admire, and cultivating more and
more virtues useful for the coming revolutionary times. Relationships for you are
always with people unlike yourself. They are your shadow.

VIRGO: You have been deeply focused on daily needs and this continues for the
rest of the year. Sometimes your mind turns away from simple daily living as you
dream about a future of comforts, people and possibilities elsewhere. Perhaps
this has to do with work, or prayer, a retreat or possibly a great service to others.
Observe yourself. What are you thinking these days? I sense you are learning new
values or studying something that defines a different future path.

LIBRA: You will at some point in your life seek a greater knowledge of someone
you either don’t or didn’t value or perhaps someone you don’t understand. You
will soon seek a deeper experience of love which comes with a newer inclusive
view of the world. You seek to understand how your life’s purpose intersects with
travel, other countries and cultures and places far away. For now, simply
investigate what calls to you in your present environment. Life is completely

SCORPIO: Be deeply observant of what you are thinking, feeling and sensing while
encountering and conversing with others. Take care that all those around you
practice Goodwill and kindness, or you will be profoundly affected for the next
several weeks. Allow this festival and blessing to take you deeper into yourself.
Observe what is around you until you and that which is around you are one. Be

exceedingly careful of thoughts and of what you say and do. Reflect before
speaking. Take the most perfect care of yourself.

SAGITTARIUS: This Wesak Festival may take you to places as yet unknown. There
is an arrow of aspiration forming within. Where would you live to travel next?
Should you be concerned about anything seek safe counsel. Response and deep
listening from another benefits and clarifies your perspective, helps you
overcome difficulties and gain the needed detached (dispassionate) view. You will
ponder upon relationships as they relate to your well-being.

CAPRICORN: Work and health – two themes during these times. The work is
mental and physical, giving attention to detail, finding the best techniques,
planning carefully. You always do a good job. Health – for those who criticize a lot
– criticism hampers health. Praise vivifies health. If nervous or anxious
Chamomille tea or Aconite Napellis (homeopath) soothes and calms the nervous
system. Your garden becomes a place of color and of refuge. You understand
these words – the immediate beauty of color. Color is your creativity.

AQUARIUS: Attempt to explain what you need in a neutral kind voice. Then
always say “Thank you, I am grateful.” Gratitude and Goodwill are healers. It’s
important to explain your needs, ideas, perceptions and decisions clearly. You
may think you explained yourself during the retrograde. Actually those words
remained in your head and were not articulated. Others won’t understand your
actions. You need a bit of play – releasing forgotten child-like energy. Listen to
others with compassion and care. Aquarians are faster than the speed of light.

PISCES: It’s good to withdraw, to reflect on what has occurred the past seven
years. It is important also to prepare for what is to come, which is actually
unknown. Simultaneously, examine your daily life, evaluate your possible next
steps and assess what needs have recently arisen. Speak the truth, your deepest
thoughts and feelings, allow no pressures to build. Focus inwardly. Appreciate
your childhood and parents for what they gave (or did not give) – all chosen

before birth. Rest and sing more. “O what a beautiful morning. O what a beautiful

The Wesak solar festival of Taurus occurs Tuesday afternoon, 4:49pm (PT). Eventually we will reach the Valley and set up our tents, ignite our fires for cooking & gather water from the stream that flows through the valley.

All of this is done with our creative imagination, our focused mind, our intentions & dedication to join the growing Assembly of Light & Light Workers, also gathering in the Wesak Valley.

The yearly appearance of the Buddha for eight minutes in the etheric realms of the earth, presenting humanity with the Will & Love Aspects of the Father, is a continuity of revelation & Hierarchical teachings. In the crisis humanity finds itself now in the world, with the forces if darkness in ascendency (3/4 dark, 1/4 Light), this, the 2nd of the Three Spring Festivals, informs humanity that we are not alone & that the Forces of Light DO control the F/Darkness, should humanity align consciously with the Forces of Light.

The appearance of the Buddha that occurs each year – his appearance is accompanied by the Forces of Illumination – whose purpose is to enlighten the minds of humanity – so they may make a choice about our world. Humanity must come to the awareness that we are the World Disciple.

The Buddha came 500 years (500 BC) before the Christ (World Teacher for the Pisces & Aquarian Age). He came in order to prepare men’s minds so they would recognize his Brother when He arrived (0 AD). The Buddha offered to humanity the Teachings as to why there is suffering in the world. And offered to humanity the Four Noble Truths (why there is suffering) & the Eightfold Path – teachings for humanity from the most ancient School of Initiation.

The people at the time of the Buddha were dejected and in despair. Their minds were filled with fear. There was great misery in the world. The heart of the young prince, seeing his misery in humanity, opened up in compassion. He aspired to re-ignite the light within humanity. 5. Right Action, Conduct – inspiring others thru one’s actions.
6. Right Speech – asking is it good, true, beautiful, useful, necessary – appropriate to the need & insouled with Love.
7. Right Aspiration – as one thinketh in the heart, so one is.
8. Right Views – always aligned to the Truth – when we know the Truth we are set free.

After teaching his disciples these truths & precepts he said to them….”Go now into the world, go out & wander the world in compassion for the people and the world. Be and teach this doctrine which is glorious in its beginning, in its progress & in its end. And thus teach how one creates a perfect & pure life of holiness.”

After his Enlightenment, the Buddha was given a choice of two paths – to rest in Nirvana (heaven) or to remain with the people of the Earth, sharing his Light with humanity.
And thus we have the yearly Wesak Festival, as the Buddha enters the earth plane & remains with us for eight minutes, offering to us the Light, Life, Love & Will of the Father.
For this we prepare & for this we work with the Masters & Teachers & the Christ who one by one are appearing in the Wesak Valley to greet & receive the Buddha.
