Holding the deer close to his heart, Hercules continues on his path to the Temple, laying the deer at the doorway of the Temple.
The doe is intuition – that which combines higher mind, Soul & the heart. Day after day we must seek the “deer” & bring it to the Temple (our heart, our lives).

Humanity is Hercules, the doe representing the care from the heart we must give to each other, holding each other “close to our hearts.”
And in these days, applying this to the present, we “hold Matthew close to our hearts” for his healing & well being to come forth. From Matthew’s friends & family, he finds solace, care, refuge, healing & rest. Om

Being equipped with mind (Aries), with desire/aspiration (Taurus), with understanding duality in our world (Gemini), we enter into Cancer, where humanity is birthed into the world of form & matter. Cancer formed humanity, the families, the multiple races/cultures, the nations but most of all the family unit (our first community).

It is via the energies pouring into our planet from the sign of Cancer, that we can become better aware of this involutionary and evolutionary process, as we learn to appreciate “the Light within the form” — the “dark light” of matter, the light awaiting the stimulation coming from the soul light, as referenced within The Secret Doctrine.

The whole science of astrology is, in fact, an expression of the magnetic and magical interplay for the externalisation of the inner reality. This science concerns the response of form —
