The Ray 4 Moon (ruler of Virgo on the Soul [2] level) veils Vulcan (1), thus helping humanity to learn about the Will (Ray 1).
Ray 1 flows thru Ray 4, Divine Will manifesting in form & matter (the Mother).

What is form? It is the crystal thru which Divine Life, Love, Intelligence & Will can do its external Work.
Thus, we understand Mary (who is ‘matter’, the symbol of form & matter/mater), pregnant with the holy child, who is the Soul.

The Teachings tell us that form is “the model in which Divinity (love, wisdom, intelligence, will) can do its external work” and therefore “Life (Divinity) precedes form and the Divine Ideation passes from the abstract to the concrete (spirit to matter)”;

“Spirit evolves down into & through form”:
Thus it is Spirit that animates everything, gaining full self-awareness through the Soul. And thus form is uplifted & freed from the limitation of form. For thus acquires the light of the “crystal”.

Notes from Risa 
Having been very ill for the past 3 weeks with the big C. Non ionizing radiation, a radiation burn. It’s not a virus. One gets burned from the exposure to non ionizing radiation of energies emitted from cell towers, etc. – which then creates a terrible headache & tremendous dehydration. Lips peeling. Terrible cough. Initial burn creates opportunity for virus & bacteria to take over. Must then take anti viral & anti bacterial meds, which helps the body heal from the radiation. Lungs feel burned. Occillo & ivermectin & Nitrocide & NAC & Cytokynene suppress all needed to withstand the illness. Cannot enter into big box stores or big towns or lungs begin to leak fluid. Three weeks on the edge. Now that we’ve had it, know C is definitely a burn. Two days before falling ill, were in EMFs for six hours in At&t & Verizon stores.
