Note – Esoteric words for Life Waves is called “root races.”
It is not a specific culture or people. It is LIFE WAVES.

Each Life Wave has seven sub-life waves.
7 x 7 (49 sub life waves) – the life waves evolve to complete evolution.
Seven Life waves. Forty-nine sub waves.
After the appearance of Seven Life Waves…
Then the life waves (humanity) become(s) perfect.
This completion s like the full moon.
The first Life wave is like a new moon.
From new moon to full moon – 7 life waves give birth to later life waves.
One dissolves into the other.
Every life waves includes qualities of previous life forms.
The forms become more & more perfect.
Seven Manus, Avatars of Lord Vishnu.
Each Manvantara is completed like a phase of the moon.
When a student of yoga completes the journey, there is a resting time – pralaya. The path of yoga leads man to all the moon phases. In man all 16 moon phases shine forth.
The chemistry of creation – the secret of the Mother, wearing crown of moons. Bestowing crowns on the Adept.
One becomes the King of Kings. The Adept appears. OM.

The third Continent, we propose to call “Lemuria” . . . extended from Madagascar to Ceylon and Sumatra. It included some portions of what is now Africa; but otherwise this gigantic Continent, which stretched from the Indian ocean to Australia, has now wholly disappeared beneath the waters of the Pacific, leaving here and there only some of its highland tops which are now islands. It was the Golden Age, when the gods walked the earth, and mixed freely with the mortals . These gods incarnate taught humanity the rudiments of sciences and arts, and helped them build their first cities:
Under the guidance of their divine Rulers [they] built large cities, cultivated arts and sciences, and knew astronomy, architecture and mathematics to perfection. (Secret Doctrine, 2.273, 317)
