Here is a poem about our birthday!
“It’s our birthday today –
I saw the trees flare briefly like
The candles on a birthday cake.”

We opened our Esoteric Astrological Institute on a Sunday
24 years ago, at the corner of New & Center St. Our landlord’s name was Dr. Elmore. When we first rented this little studio,
a little crooked building with a big window out front, a great rain storm happened & then a flood & the waters flowed through the little building, as if cleansing it from its previous 60 years of occupants. We waited several months before we finally opened our school. Next door was a Baptist church. Behind us was a Center for Meditation. For years & years our Group worked in this little building 523 Center St (at the corner of New St.), downtown Santa Cruz, CA.

We are all together for a reason. We have been together before. We have worked together before. And here we are again in this historical time for humanity.

The Astrology Today
Libra Sun, Mercury, Venus. Balance & poise.
Sun trines Mars in Gemini. What are our aspirations?
Venus/Neptune inconjunct.
What untruths are being revealed?

Moon is v/c at 2pm west coast time. Till late tonight.
When moon enters Leo – the Burning Ground.

“In His Temple we live.
His Eye/Light opens within us.
This is a meditation, a visualization.
In His name we live, in his Temple we live.
We live in a human body, this creation is divine.
Life, awareness intelligence will love senses body – all is a divine creation. This is Divine Property we have been given.

We are to enjoy this divine property. Nothing is ours.
All is given. It can be taken at any time.
In His Name We live – we are the I AM.
We forget these things. One day we remember.
He is the original. We are His reflection. He lives in us.
We are just a reflection. He reflects in many bodies in many ways.

Our existence is creation’s existence.
One day He opens His eye in us – then we realize that in His name we live, in His temple we live.
Then there is no more illusion, truth is realized.
The self resolves into the Self (the Soul).
The false personality falls away.
Until the illusion is cast off, what do we do?
There is ignorance & pain. But we keep trying to find the Way.

We listen, we play, we act, we fail again & again.
But we see Him when we see each other. Then life becomes a festive movement. Not a war festival.
We wait. Waiting is a virtue of discipleship.

Life offers through time. Patience & poise allows us to see what life offers. After an act, there is pause, there is poise. In this poise
we receive. Poise, pause – wings of a rhythmic life.
We call Him in so His Light can open in us.
We become for humanity the Light of the World.

We visualize having a party in the Ashram all day & evening.

Prayers
We ask for prayers for Matthew who is going through a difficult period of transits (Saturn, Mars, Uranus, etc.) in his chart.
Brain chemistry/traumatic brain injury patients can feel deepl despairing at times. We pray for Matthew. His moon is Pisces. Prayers for Matthew & for others in our Healing Dimension (Matthew, Cyrus, Janet, Vrinda to name a few).
