Pluto entered Aquarius today.
Pluto is in Aquarius for the next nineteen years.
Not since 1778 was Pluto in Aquarius.
The US was at war w/ Great Britain – a war of Independence.

With Pluto in Aquarius….
Humanity is transformed. It seems Aquarius, the new era, has now begun.

Pluto and the Testings of the World Disciple:
“Pluto comes into full force and expression in order to stage the testing’s of the world disciple and to this end brings in the potency of Scorpio, the sign of discipleship. Under these influences, the death of forms must eventuate leaving the disciple free; the dissolution of old group structures of thought, embodying worn-out ideas and ideals must necessarily supervene, crystallized old forms must dissolve and disappear, but in their place the undying spirit – impressed by revelation and sensitive to the emerging new concepts of truth – will create the needed new forms of appropriate expression.”

The World Disciple (as nations) is represented by the United States, Russia, Great Britain & France. In the book, Destiny of the Nations – these four countries are the World Disciples. We see this outplay in world events. Humanity works from chaos to harmony (Ray 4). We are always in a state of experimentation. The entire world, all nations, all individuals – always working from chaos (disorder) to harmony (order). All the planets help us in this movement of Ray 4. Humanity is Ray 4.

Pluto works slowly, deeply, fundamental levels & in depth – Shiva is the model for in depth reorientation, in quiet & in sillence. Pluto is a disciplining planet. It’s work is HUGE. It gives the work to Saturn to work out Pluto’s influence. It has an influence on entire nations. Pluto takes 248 years to travel around the zodiac. It is the slowest moving causing deepest changes. All changes are Divine & have purpose.

Pluto teaches us detachment, so the Soul is free to move about & direct the personality. Pluto liberates humanity from the grip of enslavement, possession, bondage & ignorance. Pluto is the Love of the Law (Saturn). Even tho the lesson is bitter, it has purpose. Pluto is the Lord of Regulation & of Depth. Pluto is stern & appears as Death. Death of the old, of outworn, the no longer useful. When we are of Light, Pluto is a friend who helps us reach the Light of Transmutation. It is the end of things, clarifying, purifying, removing all barriers of old forms. One is never to misuse Plutonic energies.

The First Initiation – Ray 1, Pluto/Mars – crystallized forms destroyed – they are penetrated, destroyed so the new world can come forth.

Humanity becomes a Soul & Spirit.
Living within & under the direction of the Soul.
Outer & inner consciousness, personality, Soul & Spirit aligned.
At times humanity must withdraw like a turtle.
Withdraw yet project into the world at will.
This is the task of the disciple, an important aspect of the disciple. The withdrawal is mental – living within, enabling inner contemplation, introspection. It cleanses the inner body, the Antahkarana Sarira. Here the Soul resides.
Disciples know they are Souls, contemplating on the inner spirit.
This is possible when the aspirant is a Giver, like the Sun.
Realizing the Spirit, the Atman, disciples live as a Soul.
Carrying the messages of the Soul.
The Soul functions thru the vehicle of the personality – physical body, emotions, lower mind. Disciples live normal lives, within all endeavors of humanity. Disciples eventually become Masters.
Such ones are completed ones. Working both in inner & outer worlds. Always a Giver, a Sun, a man (thinker).

We become stable under Pluto when we are harmless, truthful, purity, order, poise, joy & contemplation upon the fact that all is Divine. This is the Path of Yoga. There are no shortcuts.
The stars & planets train us. There is no enforcement. There is only opportunity to align ourselves in thought, speech & action.
Thus we are led to the Path of Light.

News/Notes – a Devastating Event in the CA Central Valley
Everyone experiencing the rains on the west coast – we hear about the disruptions & fallen trees. Agriculture is disrupted. Ca produces 50% of the food for the US. The central valley is now inundated w/ water & flooding. Tulare County, 2nd largest crop producer: Kern County, the 3rd producer; Fresno & Monterey County (4th producers). All these areas are inundated w/ water. Growing up in this valley, this is a devastation. The Tulare Lake Basin, before dams & water regulations, it was the largest lake west of the Mississippi. Last time it flooded was 1969 when the lake was filled. Now vast amounts of farms are under water, thru autumn. This is a major event for the farmers who grow most of the food for the US.
The snowpack is 3x what the Lake will hold. So there will be more flooding of the Tulare Lake Basin. This has a long impact on our food production, dairy, grapes, almonds, strawberries, lettuces, all veggies. We need to understand several things. This is a CREATED. event…in order to further destroy the United States. This will affect everyone in the US.
This weather is not climate change. It’s geo engineered via HAARP. It’s the way to control the people. “Control the food, control the people.”
This is most important to understand. It is thus most important to prepare for a future in which there is no food. How would each of us prepare for this? We ponder on this. (note in 1959, the lake is miles & miles, the Tulare lake broke thru the levies & the farmers were devastated then. It is devastating for the farmers now. Rice, citrus, cattle – all the foods we eat are being affected. Three quarters of fruits for the entire nation are produced in the central valley, now being destroyed.
This “rain” (created weather) is putting farmers out of business.
A devastating event via weather warfare.
This devastating situation won’t be over tomorrow when the “created” rains stop. Kings County in a state of emergency in the first week of March. “They” will continue with the rains. They will blame it on humanity. But that is the false narrative. In the meantime…prepare. Risa

Aries (1 & 7) – the beginnings of things.
Pioneering, ambitious, progressive, desirous (Mars ruled).
Desirous of leadership (right leadership needs to be cultivated).
First of the fire signs (Leo & Sag).
On the Cardinal Cross – initiating sign (Cardinal Cross signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra & Capricorn).
Aries – when building the personality is ruled by Mars (Ray 6).
Aries is energetic, independent, spontaneous, impulsive, militant, rash, frank & courageous.
Aries is active & restless. Always seeking to be the first.
Because it IS the First!
Aries is the ram, the sheep, the lamb, the ewe.
Aries rules the head. It is the I AM.
Aries develops self identity.
It is the Will to Manifest, to come into form & matter.
It is the Will to Be!

Without direction & Purpose, Aries can create chaos & disorder, be disruptive, imbalanced, explosive (mars), fly off the center, scattered & diffused. It’s an unfocused primal force that Aries has. Aries suffers from an overload of outrushing energy! They need the stability of Mercury’s thought power & its spiritual light.
Under Aries, after the Mars influence, one must become spiritually intelligent –

The I AM is most important in the identification of Aries.
Christ said, I am the Light of the World, I am the Door, I am the Way, the Truth & the Life.” Eventually Aries is to be able to say these words in the identification of self becoming the Self. From personality to the Soul identification.

Aries is the “beginning” & “In the beginning was the Wordl” Which is Mercury. The Soul ruler of Aries is Mercury – the speech & words of Aries. Mercury is the capacity of organized organs of speech embedded in the etheric body of humanity. Eventually each of us become god-like & speak life into being-ness. We are to discover, thus the Lost Word. Lifting the personality to the Soul in Aries, we release our speech to become a building force. In Aries, with Mercury as the Soul ruler, we regain the awareness of the sacredness of speech. Mercury is the Spiritual ruler of Scorpio.

The spiritual ruler of Aries (Ray 1 & 7) is Uranus (Ray 7). Anchoring the Will of God, the Will to Good, the Will to Love into the world.
Aries is the virgin element, when organized, pioneering new fields & purposes, new ventures.

“And I will write upon him the name of my God. And I will write upon him my new name.”- Revelation.

And….Pluto (1) coming into Aquarius (5 & 7).
Jupiter (2) is the heart of Aquarius (5 & 7).
A joy happens when we are in Brotherhood with each other.
Saturn (3) in Pisces (2 & 6) – Ray 2 of Love/Wisdom.
We are in very sacred times.
Bliss is in giving. Sun gives Life & Light.
The moon has phases of waxing & waning.
Disciples, a fundamental quality always give.
Learning to give more than receiving is a process of discipleship.
North pole is radiating. South pole receives.
Distributing sharing giving lead us to the centers above the diaphragm. Centers above the diaphragm is Divine planes.
Below the diaphragm are human centers.
There is always a choice – to release, give, share, distribute.
Or not.
Giving leads to Liberation.
Always only receiving leads to limitation.
Disciples are like the Sun – always giving.
This creates a stability. No tottering, no stumbling, no falling down. Bliss is in giving. Sun gives Life. This is the task of the Disciples. To be a Sun, every giving.

The Light of Aries.
Point inside of a circle.
Aries is the Light of Life itself.
It is the dim point of light found at the center of a new cycle of manifestation. This light is faint & flickering.

A circle within a point.
The point is the searchlight of the Logos. It seeks that which can be “used” for divine expression.

We say to the Hierarchy – let us be “used for Divine Expression.”
Let us be of use to humanity.
And the Hierarchy hears us.
Then offers us the many tasks that help humanity.
And we are grateful.

Meditation at the New Moon

STRENGTHENING THE HANDS OF THE NEW GROUP OF WORLD SERVERS (NGWS).
This meditation is used at the time of the new moon

I. GROUP FUSION:
I am one with my group brothers and all that I have is theirs. May the love which is in my
soul pour forth to them. May the strength which is in me lift and aid them. May the thoughts which my soul
creates reach and encourage them.

II. ALIGNMENT:
We recognize our place, as a group, within the heart centre of the group of world servers. Mentally extend a line of lighted energy towards the spiritual Hierarchy, the planetary heart centre; to the Christ, the “heart of love” within the heart of Hierarchy; towards Shamballa, “where the Will of God is known”.

III. HIGHER INTERLUDE:
Hold the mind focussed for a few moments on the planetary role of the group of world servers mediating between Hierarchy and humanity, responding to hierarchical impression and
meditating the Plan into existence.

IV. MEDITATION:
We reflect on the seed thought of Aries:
The Soul says to the personality –
“I come forth & from the plane of Mind I rule – I direct & guide the personality.”

Why the keynotes?
Great Ideas offered to humanity.
Through the impression and expression of certain great ideas, humanity must be brought to the understanding of fundamental ideals which will govern the new era/Aquarius.
This is the major task of the new (NGWS) group of world servers.

V: PRECIPITATION:
Visualize the precipitation of the will-to-good, essential love, throughout the planet, from Shamballa, through the planetary heart, the Hierarchy, through the Christ, the group of world
servers, through all men and women of goodwill everywhere in the world, and finally through the hearts and minds of the whole human family.

VI. LOWER INTERLUDE:
We consider the many ways in which the “power of the one Life” and the “love of the one Soul” are working out in the world through members of the group of world servers,
We are building the “thought-form of solution” to world problems.

VII. GREAT INVOCATION – DISTRIBUTION:
As the Great Invocation is sounded, visualize the irradiation of human consciousness with light and love and power:

From the point of Light within the mind of God
Let Light stream forth into the minds of men.
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men –
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.
Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.
