Monday, our second day of summer, June 22, 2026 — and a new week begins. Libra moon today. Moon Venus & Moon Saturn today. Moon makes contact w/ Venus & Saturn –

Sun in Cancer now. Jupiter is in Cancer, too. We think of nourishing things, what nurtures & nourishes ourselves & others.
This morning I thought of making cinnamon rolls with a buttermilk dough.

Each morning after meditation, as we end our meditation, I tell our students “We will meet at the buffet & what will you bring to the buffet today?”

Findhorn & Bread
When I lived at Findhorn, those of us in charge of the kitchen & preparing food for the community, woke very early in the morning to prepare the home made bread for the day. At 11 am, we would take baskets of that home made bread, along with butter, jam & tea to the workers. This was morning tea before a later lunch in the Community Center.

So, now I ask our students – what will you offer, what will you make (it must be home made & organic), what will you bring to the buffet today?
Cinnamon rolls sound nurturing today. That is what I will bring.

New Week, new sign.
And so, a new week has begun under the Light of Cancer.
The 4th Gate has opened for Hercules. Cancer is the Gate into form, the Gate wherein spirits can enter the Earth plane (Capricorn the reverse Gate). The 4th Gate, the 4th Labor, that of Cancer (the Crab). In Greek mythology, a crab bit the foot of Hercules, which made him vulnerable. This is the story of Achilles, whose heel was bitten which then became the story of Chiron, which is the asteroid of the wounded healer.

Chiron last week left Aries & entered Taurus. After a sojourn back into Aries in September thru April 2027, Chiron, both wounded & yet also a healer, will remain in Taurus for seven years.

On all levels – personality & esoteric, what does the sign Taurus represent? All the qualities of Taurus will be touched upon with

Chiron. The story in the heavens thus continues.
And the starry light of the heavens continues to flow into & around our bodies. Knowing astrology helps us work with the starry energies. We become friends with them.
