Psalm 51:1
Sacred Gregorian chant of the Knights Templar.
A prayer for divine forgiveness & mercy.
Inspired by the words of Psalm 51:1 –
“Have mercy on me (on him, the killer of Charlie).
We ask you, O Lord, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy, forgive his transgressions, return love to his heart.”
This prayer is rooted in medieval Catholic tradition. The words echo through the ages as a humble plea for forgiveness and reconciliation with God (for the young man who killed Charlie). Charlie would agree with this. Risa
