1st Update. Day 14, July 14, 2022
Thursday evening
Laura was with Matthew Thursday morning.
Jove, Matt’s close friend, was with Matthew the afternoon & evening.
The amazing thing was that Matthew said Jove’s name!
Matthew moved his face & eyes a lot.
Still talks like a baby dragon. Trying to talk.
They shaved Matt’s head today. Laura said he looked handsome.
Laura said you can tell Matthew is really trying.

Laura was with Matthew in the morning.
Jove has been with Matthew the rest of the day.
Soon after Jove arrived to be with Matthew, he texted that Matthew said his name!!! And was trying to put sentences together!
MATTHEW SAID HIS FIRST WORD/NAME TODAY! (Thursday).
We think he even said “bye” to the nurse as she was leaving the room.

As Matthew has improved, plans are to move Matthew (most likely tomorrow maybe) out of ICU into another room on the same floor. He is still critical, fragile, vulnerable – but has improved enough to be moved out of ICU.

Matthew is breathing mostly on his own.
The OT & PT were with Matthew today, continuing to move Matt’s body.
Laura played Lean On Me (music sent to everyone several nights ago), massaged his hands & feet & washed his face with a soft cloth.

As it was perhaps the last day in the ICU Laura took 2 boxes of pastries to the hospital staff. They were so appreciative.
The ICU staff like Laura & Sarah & Matthew. The staff will miss them.

Matthew is alive, improving & progressing.
It was a good day today with Matthew.
The day was good.

We continue to pray & give thanks got the small improvements
we see each day with Matthew. Recovery from head trauma is very very slow – many months ahead of help, therapy & care for Matthew.

Cancer (nurturing nourishment) brings forth the nurturance, the healing & comfort we need.. Sagittarius brings forth truth & the fire that destroys all that is no longer needed.

Intelligence 3, new rhythms 7, harmony 4, truth 5, hope & prayer &vision 6. All offered to humanity today via the Rays.

About Matthew (learning from his health crisis).
Matthew is working on inner places (coma, sedated, inner planes). The mind leaves the outer world, exploring higher planes of Light.

Time
Saturn is time. Matthew needs time and more time to go thru his own healing process, his own dharma. Healing of the head takes time – so we give him time. Time nurtures healing so he can go thru his healing process – come to his decision to leave or to remain here on Earth.

Calling forth an intact & complete healing of Matthew, physically & spiritually.

We see the Four Angels of the Four Directions in Matthew’s hospital room. They remain in vigil the entire time he is there.

The Etheric body being rebuilt.
Rebuilding of the Etheric Body of Matthew.
The Etheric body, body of Light around the physical body.
This is where all healing takes place.
The Soul – the healer, the comfortor.
Shedding its light thru the etheric to the physical.

The Soul (healer/comforter) hears our prayers. Gathers our prayers & our love for Matthew & places prayers & love into the etheric which then vitalizes the physical body. This is how we help Matthew heal.
This is the mechanism.

The 4th petal of the Soul is Cancer, the light that nourishes & nurtures. We are under the Light of Cancer now. We call upon the light of Cancer to nourish & nurture Matthew’s cells, bringing his to complete healing. Matthew is Cancer rising (like the Sun of our United States). The degree of Matt’s Cancer rising is 13 degrees. This is the degrees of Sirius – 13 degrees. Sirius is where Love (the Great Healer) originates for our world.

Around our bodies are four layers of subtle subtle light.
This is the Etheric body. This Etheric body connects us to all Livingness, to everyone else, to heaven, to earth, to the kingdoms all around us.

The Etheric body is a field & body of ever more subtle Light.
The light of the Etheric body (4th level) reflects the Light of the Soul. The Soul is the healer, the comforter.
The Etheric body is where healing happens.
The Etheric body holds the chakras.

We each have a composite body consisting of the dense physical & subtle physical (the etheric – 7 sub planes in all).

Three of Matter then 4 of the etheric. This is subtle in matter enabling radiation of Light.
Etheric body is a subtle transparent matter.
It enables the transmission of Light Love Will & it is the source of healing as it enters & harmonizes the dense physical body.

Our dense body corresponds to the planet Earth.
Our etheric body (4 subtle levels) corresponds to the planet Venus (elder sister to our Earth, our Guardian Angel).
Our Lord of the World, Sanat Kumara, came from Venus to oversee the evolution of the Earth.

We as humans were first existing in the etheric state.
We will return to know this etheric state in the Aquarian Age, cultivating a subtle state of existence.
The Etheric body has a unique position (around the physical body). It is the vehicle for prana (life essence).
The Etheric is the body of immortality (the etheric). This is also Venus.

The Etheric body functions between emotional body & is the physical, link between vital & physical.
The Etheric body transmits the Life Force to the vital physical body.
Then we have a complete human & a Divine human at work.

Knowing these things…
We call forth the strengthening of Matthew’s etheric body so that it receives & transmits the vital forces of Light & Life, producting a Healing & perfect Health.

This Work is Inner Work, “squaring up the square.”
It is purification of the physical emotional & lower mental.

Our Noble Aspirations
As we focus on Matthew’s healing we are standing with a Noble Aspiration (to help, to heal, to love & to serve). This is what is called an Act of Discipleship.

Visualization
We use our visualization for Matthew’s healing, thinking thoughts of health, strength, harmony, all with Goodwill, for the welfare of Matthew’s life.

Matthew’s Astrology (transits)
Mercury & Venus by transit are in Matt’s 12th house.
See on the cusp is Gemini – builder of the Rainbow Bridge.

Mercury & Venus will very soon be crossing over Matthew’s Ascendant & trine (harmonizing with) his North Node (dharma this lifetime, the path forward).

Presently Mercury & Venus are in his 12th house (see Matt w/ transit chart below – one chart around Matt’s chart – inner wheel is Matthew, outer is transits – what’s in the sky now).

When both Mercury & Venus cross over his Ascendent he will have been building the Rainbow Bridge (in the 12th), finding those objects of beauty in the etheric, weaving all the parts of the Higher Bridge of the Rainbow Bridge together.
Matthew has been doing this so he can return & serve within his North Node in Pisces or serve in heaven.
When Matthew seems not in his body, he is standing in the Field of Light, receiving lessons, direction, & informing him, should he return, what his purpose is on Earth this time around.

As we work with Matthew in our love & prayers & visualizations, we are creating a healing within ourselves, our families & friends.
As we develop our ability to pray, to offer ourselves, our resources to Matthew’s healing & needs, we are developing & cultivating our will, love, intelligence & our abilities to heal others. And to help humanity for what’s to come.

Standing in the Light, Matthew is building the Antakarana, the Rainbow bridge, from his personality to his Soul.

As Matthew is building the Bridge of Light from personality to Soul, it is a reflection of all of humanity building a bridge of Light – from our country’s personality to the Soul of our Nation.

Matthew’s mind in a coma (under sedation), his consciousness is not in the physical body/lower mental (first three levels – physical, emotional lower mental) on the Constitution of Man (COM).
He is in the higher regions, the 4 etheric upper levels of the mental plane, at the mental unit, at the Soul (Ego, yellow) building the Rainbow Bridge.
Matthew is on the Four Etheric planes of the upper mental (see Constitution of Man – COM).
From the mental unit (locate it on the COM – this unit is Libra) he is beginning to build the Bridge the mental permanent atom (this is Aries). Building the Rainbow Bridge is done in the higher mind. Matthew has left the physical emotional lower mental.
His Gemini in the 12th – Gemini w/ Mercury & Venus builds the Rainbow Bridge. Look at his chart. Mercury & Venus by transit are in his 12th house with Gemini at the cusp. The 12th house is the house of deep religious & spiritual Work.

The Aquarian Age has to do with humanity learning about contacting & building a strong Etheric body. being conscious of our Divine Identity.

Matthew is Sun Aquarius, a forerunner.
Matthew is working in the realm of the Soul (see EGO, yellow triangle. See the bridge (red line from mental unit to manasic permanent atom) – building the bridge from the personality to the Soul.

When we are seeking a healing of self or others, this is what is occurring. There is an etheric field of light around each of our bodies. This is where healing happens. The violet healing devas (angels) work in this realm of the etheric body. This light body is also called the Etheric (body) double.

Matthew, in the 12th house, in the inner planes is building the bridge. He is doing his spiritual work. We don’t know the outcome of Matthew’s work.
Will he return to Earth & serve within his North Node in Pisces? Or will he have done his Work….& will be return to heaven?
Will he “go to the Father?” Heaven.
Or remain with the “mother?” Earth.

There is no death. It’s is just a change, a releasing of the physical body. Death is an illusion. Matthew has Venus in the 8th house conjunct his Sun (why everyone loves Matthew). This is Immortality – building a continuity of Consciousness with heaven & earth. He is doing his Work. It is in-depth Work. We can see it on every level in his chart. This is his Spiritual Call.

We want Matthew to return to us completely intact.
His journey here is on a triple level –
Personality, Soul & Spirit. Integrating the three.
Scorpio – Matt’w Jupiter in Scorpio – the Eagle.
Scorpio – one learns about death & life.
Scorpio –
The Light of Day, three Lights meet – Form, Soul, Life itself.
They meet, they blend, they rise up.

This isn’t just a physical need. It also means completely intact physically & spiritually. Having linked the personality to the Soul, becoming a complete super human, linked & integrated the Soul with the personality. That this is what “being intact” includes. Both the outer meaning physically & the inner meaning (spiritually). Integrated = linking of inner & outer.

Being Aquarius he is a forefunner – doing this Work ahead of everyone else. Being the Teacher, Mentor. Aquarius is always the forerunner. Pisces is the Savior.

Giving Him Time
When we touch in with Matthew, we don’t want to rush him in this Work. Time, giving him time is important. Asking the staff, the hospitals wanting to advocate to rush things, advocating for end of life. We call forth giving Matthew time/Time. To do his Work. Giving Matthew time to “gestate”, so the new birth can happen there at the hospital called Natividad, under the LIght of Cancer (his rising sign & what our Sun is in presently – the Sign of Cancer – the womb before birth occurs).

We will be relieved once Mercury & Venus are out of the 12th & on his Ascendant. He will have done much of his inner work. Saturn then on his Venus. The Angel of the Presence.

God said…I have given you a new life, Matthew. Your old life is left behind in the mountains. Go forth Matthew, & live the new life I have given you.”

Sag on the 6th – Jupiter as ruler – always seeking Truth & beauty.
Matthew is “something” for our world. He is a Server.
His accident is also serving a purpose for all of us.

Matthew’s accident has magnetized all of us out of the daily vicissitudes of polarizing duality – into a state of Love & Giving ness.

Some have said to us, when hearing of Matthew’s situation, they have said to us – “I am praying now. I am praying now.” They were “raised up’ through Matthew into their own heart & Soul. Able to pray & help another.

Update on Matthew as of this morning. 
Sunday – Update: Here is a short update today. Matthew in a state of refuge, in his “lighted house” (Cancer rising).

I called the hospital, waiting for the doctor to return my call.
Matthew’s nurse answered. She said Matthew opened his eye & is tracking. He is being given light physical therapy, they also lightened his sedation. He is fighting the pneumonia courageously. Matthew is also beginning to subtly breath on his own. I am waiting for the doctor to call. More updates available later in the day if there are any. love, Risa

I offer to you Matthew who is in critical condition & ask that Matthew be cured in all ways so he may serve humanity according to his gifts & abilities.
O Holy Saint Jude, great in virtue and rich in miracles, relative of Our Lord Jesus Christ, and faithful intercessor of all who invoke your special help in time of need.
From the depths of my heart I request your heavenly assistance. Help me in my present and urgent petition. That Matthew be strengthened and healed. Please, with Christ Jesus, touch Matthew now with your healing hands so Matthew is well in mind body soul & spirit. From the top of his head to the soles of his feet.
Cast anything out that should not be in Matthew’s body. Root out any unhealthy and abnormal cells. Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild and replenish any damaged areas. Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection by the power of Jesus’ Precious Blood.

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, in sorrow. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, hear my petitions, & in thy mercy, hear and answer my prayer that Matthew be healed wholly and completely. Amen.

Offering Matthew our Breath
Oxygenation is important in healing – the life force within the body. We offer Matthew our breath. We call upon the Holy Spirit to offer to Matthew the Breath of the Spirit of God.
Nothing is to be rushed here. Matthew is working in his own timing.

And then there is Love. That is all there is. Love.
Turning to Nature for healing
Chickadee – seeking inner truth – song heralds spring, time to seek inner truth, go within for answers, not outside. don’t judge outcome by outside appearance.
The truth is in the heart, hold to it, no matter outside. Chickadee holds promise of success in new endeavors. Prepare inwardly. Over time. Offer Matt time.

Nurturing the inner realms as we also maintain with poise our outer realms on the Earth.
Sun squares Chiron today – a new path in healing, a new direction. **
Tonight – Mercury square Jupiter – Expansive talk, thoughts, ideas that create a new direction for each of us.

Fireflies –
Opening the Animal Tarot for Matthew
The firefly came up – like lightning bugs.
Maning – Inspiration & hope, spiritual inspiration.
Their lights Flicker in a rhythm.
Pulsing at the same rhythm.
They sparkle at night, like the stars.
Asking the fireflies to be with Matthew at night.
Shiny bright lit things at night.
Burning Man Lights to heal Matthew.
We ask the fireflies to be Matthew’s companions at night.
Along with each of us in our imaginations.

They just can’t reach out into the world.

Focus on Goodwill
Matthew’s situation has focused so many minds & hearts
Into the divine. Shifting our minds away from the daily absurdity
that is going on in our country by the Forces of Darkness that have captured humanity’s minds & our country & government.
Matthew’s needs have focused so many towards Goodwill. Focusing on Goodwill helps reorient all of us, lifting us up to beauty, peace & care for each other.

Suggestion for those in Santa Cruz – several actually.
1. A gallery or art space or warehouse or big house in Santa Cruz collect all of Matthew’s art & display it for months. A gallery of Matt’s art collected from everyone who has his art. Have a party around his art & collect funds for his Go Fund Me account.
Speaking to Matthew today as we invite him into our daily lives.

2. Someone with heart & courage at the Good Times to write an article about Matthew’s situation. Matthew was the Local Talk reporter for 18 years. Write about Matthew over the year, how he is loved in SC, his accident, being in the trauma unit & his Go Fund Me page.

Head Trauma
With head trauma, each day is different. Each day keen observation of what Matthew’s needs are. Assessment moment to moment. Each day brings changes.
Not a decline. An adjustment in Matthew’s treatment to help him.
We continue our prayers & invocations to the Healing Angels to bring full & complete healing for Matthew.

Update on Matthew from Laura- Post #2

July 7 2022
Hi, everyone…this is Laura, Matt’s sister.
I just left the hospital for the day.
I will return tomorrow. 
Today is the 7th day for Matthew in the ICU.
He is holding his own.

Today’s nurse is Danielle. She talked with Matthew.
She is kind & gentle.
She told Matthew everything she was doing.
We appreciate the nurses who talk with Matthew.
Telling him everything they are doing.
Matthew could not be in a better place.

The staff increased Matthew’s nourishment today.
He’s on the 1st day of a multiple antibiotic.
Matt didn’t have much agitation last night.
Matthew was asked  to open his eyes & Matthew opened his eyes really wide!

I see subtle changes in Matthew every day.
Matt looks a little better every day.

Two weeks ago Matthew asked me (Laura) to make one of
my fabric flowers (silk & other fabrics).

Matt likes to wear them on his jackets. & often gives them away. So today, while in Matthew’s room I sat with him & made him one of my flowers. When I left the hospital I left the flower with him. 

Natividad hospital is surrounded by the Santa Lucia mountains. Pouring strength into Matthew through his window.
And pepper trees surround the hospital. 
I wonder what the pepper trees signify?

Matthew names means “gift from God.”
Matthew IS a gift.
