Turning of the wheel of the seasons.
Turning of our karma into a sheath of diamond light.
As we ask for & offer forgeness.
Balancing our lives, in the Days of Awe as Libra’s light begins.

Tonight around midnight, Sun enters Libra.
And autumn in the northern latitudes begins.
Let us make this an equinox weekend.
The Sun resting at the equator, readying itself for its journey southward to the Tropic of Capricorn – stopping at Winter Solstice. When the new Light is “born.”
The sun & moon seeds are in the hearts of everyone.
We have equal daylight & equal nightlight.
In Libra everything comes into balance.

Tilting of Earth on its Axis
The equinoxes and solstices occur due to the Earth tilting on its axis by 23 1/2 degrees. Because of the Earth’s tilt, the Northern and Southern Hemispheres trade places in receiving the sun’s light and warmth most directly. The solstices indicate our greatest (or least) tilt toward the sun, in either hemisphere. The equinoxes fall midway between the solstices.
Earth’s two hemispheres receive the sun’s rays about equally around equinox time.

As the Earth never stops moving in orbit around the sun, the days of approximately equal sunlight and night change squickly, as we move toward the December solstice. In the northern latitudes, we experience more & more darkness, whereas in the southern latitudes, they are experiencing more & more light. The Sun after Autumn equinox, drop down into the southern latitudes, moving towards the Tropic of Capricorn, stopping there at Winter Solstice.

Notice the lovely teapot in the sky, the moon on each side – tonight & tomorrow night.
The flares continue from the Sun – Last night an almost X flare!
More on autumn this weekend! love, Risa
