Today, Friday is Ray 5 – under the direction of Venus (Ray 5).

Chicken Pot Pie –
Sauteed onion, bell peppers, celery, garlic, add cooked chicken, steamed carrots & potatoes, herbs sage, onion & garlic powder, salt/pepper, peas, chicken bouillon, stock, cream sauce, topped with puff pastry. Baked.

Broccoli cheese soup – onions, garlic, broccoli, zucchini, salt/pepper, garlic/onion powder, all sauteed in butter & rice bran oil. Add stock, simmer. Add grated cheese & cream. Simmer. Blend. Add squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
