The Temple is Dark – Holy Saturday.
A study of Holy Saturday, a Vigil, an invitation, a baptism.
An explanation.
“I have come to take you home, again,” says the Christ.
Christ in the “tomb of the earth”, gathering all the holy ones
All the spirits waiting to “go home again” (home to the Father’s house”).
And so…
Today – Saturday April 19 2025.
Sun has entered Taurus (Ray 4) (earth).
Mars (6) trines Neptune (6). Entering into subtle worlds.
Capricorn (1, 3, 7) moon – the Light Supernal, midnight Sun.

Holy Saturday.
Baptism of the new ones to the Catholic (universal) church.
We welcome them to the community.
And so….on Holy Saturday, the day before Easter.

The altar is bare, the Ashram/Temple/churches are dark.
The saint’s statues covered in a dark violet silk cloth.
Only the red Vesta lamp high above the altar remains lit.
The Vesta lamp, red, hanging, always lit signifies within all of matter, the Divine Spirit resides.
The people who surrounded the Lord are in sorrow.

…All lights & candles are extinguished.
the altar bare. Statues covered w/ deep violet silk.
Hidden. Like the Christ in the tomb.
For the Holy One has been buried.
He is in the nether worlds, the inner world.
His Work on Holy Saturday.
In the depths of the earth He is releasing all those “entombed in matter.”

He holds His right Hand out to them.
And receives them into His Heart.
They (we) are being released from matter.
Up until this time…the door to the Evolutionary Arc,
The door of Return has been closed.
Earth & its people needed an intermediary.
To “open” the door, the ‘rent the veil” –
So humanity would be able to step upon the Path of Return.
Back to the Father again.
This great cosmic & planetary event is what the Christ accomplished.
It was part of His mission when He was here as the Pisces World Teacher,
more than 2000 years ago.
This “liberation” is re-enacted each year.
The Christ re-enacts this “liberation” each year on Good Saturday.
With His people who know Him.

Saturday- the Sabbath
This is the Day of Saturn, the 7th day of the week.
Seven is completion, enfoldment, rest, assimilation.
Christ when He came to Earth brought forth a New Day for the people.
He brought forth a new power (strand of the Will of God) and the light of a
New Day to the Earth.
He brought forth a new Law – to love one another.
And so we shifted from the lawful sign of Saturn (Saturday).
And from Aries dispensation, absorbing all that Aries offered.
To the golden solar light of the Sun (Sunday.)
No longer based on the Saturn (restriction) principle but on the Solar (the Sun) Principle.
And into the Age of Pisces.

Saturn in the Arabic language means “He who despairs.”
And the ones entombed within matter, unable to be released were/are in despair.
In releasing the spirits (us) entombed in matter,
– the Christ, with compassion, taught the supremacy

An earthquake shook the world when the Christ Jesus died on the Cross.
And when He died they heard Him say, “It is finished,”
The “veil was rent” (torn) in the temple from top to bottom.
And the earthquake rocked the land & there was lightning & thunder.

The earthquake was caused by the change of atomic vibrations in the Earth.
At the death of the Christ, the World Teacher, the atomic vibration of the Earth changed.
What does this mean?
At each of the Initiations (birth, baptism, transfiguration, death, resurrection) there is a freedom that happens, a shaking loose from the confines of matter. An atomic vibrational change.

This freedom needed preparation. This is why we had/have the 40 days & nights of Lent.
It takes that amount of time to prepare one’s vehicles (personality) for a lasting change to occur, a change of habits leading to freedom.
It takes that amount of time for the influx of more Light into our bodies.
This same “preparation” takes place during the Autumn season – during Advent as we prepare for Winter Solstice.

After His Crucifixion the Christ Jesus entered into the Earth to redeem those “caught & imprisoned in the realms of darkness.” And to lift up those who could not yet step upon the Path of Return. There was great rejoicing in the inner world. The Christ, with His great Love, was “transmuting” matter into Spirit. Earth is a place of the densest of matter.

This was also an Initiation for the Earth – the Earth itself is the densest of the four elements – fire, air, water, earth. The Christ recognized the Spirit (the fire, the light) at the heart of & within all of matter. And released it.

This “recognition” is still a task to be undertake by humanity. The Earth Spirit awaits our awakening and our recognition. This is what the phrase means – from death to immortality. Christ raised up everything & everyone, providing the opportunity to move from death (caught forever in matter – the Involutionary Arc (downward) – its culmination being death – and what the Forces of Materialism & Evil work with) to immortality – the Path of Return (Evolutionary Arc (upward), working with the Forces of Light.

The Christ says to the waiting ones in the nether world…
‘I am here to be your messenger from God,
Who for your sake I have become your Son. …
God, the Father, says to me….to tell you this…
I order you, O sleeper, to awaken.
I did not create you to be a prisoner in hell or in darkness.
Rise from the dead, for I am the Life & Son of the Father.
And I have come to take you home.”
(CCC, §635, citing an ancient homily for Holy Saturday).

The Christ, in “renting the veil” gave all of humanity a new hope, a new choice that humanity didn’t have before. The “door to Spirit” opened, the Way home, the Path of Return to the Father (from the Mother) was revealed.

On Holy Saturn, this is the teaching given by the Christ in the
inner worlds.

Holy Saturday, day & night, is a time of Initiation.
These are the last days of the Christ Jesus (2 holy Beings) living in the outer world of form and matter.
The events of Holy Week recapitulate the Initiatory ceremonies of the pre-Christian Temples.
His Coming foreshadowed them but His new work was “renting the veil of the Temple.” And thus a new power was released into our Earth globe at each stage of the Initiatory process.

As we walk with the Christ Jesus & relive these events throughout the solar year, we ourselves become “Christed” (directed by the Light of the Soul & the Love & Will of the Father).
And we too become a center through which the vivifying resurrecting forces of the cosmos work through us.
And we become helpers in world regeneration & the Restoration of the Mysteries.

The entire season of Spring, and especially through Passion Week & the Easter festival season, is overseen by Archangel Raphael, the Angel of Healing. Archangel Raphael heals us from the darkness that separates us from Paradise. He opens us up to the reality of the Soul, so that we may see & know and be directed by the Light. He heals our wounds, he ministers to our spirit, and the spirit of all of humanity within the tomb. This great Angel prepares each of us for Resurrection.

We keep the hours, day & night of Holy Saturday.
At midnight, everyone is Baptized in the Temple
At sunrise, we walk toward Galilee. The flowers bloom.
We contemplate this day in quiet.
Together, in the Ashram garden.

Let the souls of men awaken to the light.

Come forth, O Mighty One.
The hour of service of the saving force has now arrived.
Let it be spread abroad, O Mighty One.

Let Light and Love and Power and Death
Fulfill the purpose of the Coming One.
The WILL to save is here.
The LOVE to carry forth the work is widely spread abroad.
The ACTIVE AID of all who know the truth is also here.
Come forth, O Mighty One, and blend these three.
Construct a great defending wall.
The rule of evil NOW must end.”
