A festival birthday party today – marking the 249th birthday of the land called the United States, created by the Hierarchy as an experiment in Freedom & looked over by the Master Racozy (Count St. Germaine) & other Masters.

The Centers/chakras of the United States are: these are to be studied for what occurs there.
NY – throat center – Keynote: “I Light the Way” (for the world).
Los Angeles – heart center – the Soul of Life of always seated in the heart center, a center of force.
Washington DC. – head center.
Chicago – solar plexus
Kansas City – possible sacral center.

Chakras – at first wheels of light, then they become lotuses (Soul level).

About the United States –
Every nation is like a person, learning as they grow and live & have their beingness among other beings…no nation of perfect, each nation is the spirit of its people & each nation must learn on its own what freedom means to them. Each nation has a task.
The task of the US is to stand in the light & to lead humanity with & towards that light. All nations are learning their task, stumbling along, all nations have an astrology chart, a purpose & a Soul.

The United States – still an adolescent learning!
Like all young people, symbolically speaking, the people of the United States show all the characteristics of adolescence. Again, symbolically speaking, the people of the United States are (symbolically) of the ages seventeen to twenty four.
They shout freedom and still are not free; they refuse to be told what to do because it infringes upon their rights, nevertheless they allow themselves to be guided frequently by the inept, the partisan politician and by the inadequate; they are broadly tolerant and yet most intolerant of other nations; they are ready to tell other nations how to handle their problems but as yet evidence no ability to handle their own….the withholding of equal freedom and opportunity….

They are restlessly experimenting with all phases of life, with every kind of idea and all kinds of relationships.

The creative power of the people (in the US) shows itself as yet in a wonderful control of nature and in great construction projects which bring water under control, or which relate all parts of this vast country through roads and waterways.

America is a great battleground for experiment along creative lines; it is profoundly interested in trying out every kind of ideology.

The fight between capital and labour (money & work, owner & worker) will reach its climax in the United States, but will also be fought out in Great Britain and France. Russia already has her own solution but the lesser nations of the world will be guided and conditioned [Page 27] by the result of this battle in the British Commonwealth of Nations and in the United States.

Order must be brought about in the States and this order will come when freedom is interpreted in terms of self-chosen discipline; a freedom which can turn into license and which is interpreted by each individual in the best interests of himself constitutes a danger to be avoided. It is a danger of which the best minds are deeply aware.

The force expressing itself through the centre, New York, is the force of the sixth Ray of Devotion or Idealism. Hence the conflicts everywhere to be found between the varying ideologies and the major conflict between those who stand for the great ideal of world unity brought about by a united effort of the Forces of Light, backed by the cooperative effort of all the democratic nations and the separative materialistic attitude of those who seek to keep the United States from assuming her responsibilities and her rightful place in world affairs.

This latter group, if they succeed in their endeavour, will deny the United States her share in the “gifts of the gods in the coming age of peace which will succeed this present point of critical suspension,” as the Old Commentary phrases it.

The sixth ray is either militant and active, or mystical (hope, wishes, dreams, vision), pacific and at present futile, and these two aspects at present condition the United States.

The keynote of this world centre is “I light the Way” and this is the privilege of the States if its people so choose and permit worldwide humanitarian, self-sacrifice (self-initiated) and firm decision to stand by righteousness to govern their present attitudes and policies. This is slowly coming to pass and the selfish voices of the blind idealists, the fearful and the separative are dying out. All this is happening under the inspiration of service, motivated by love. Thus the two major democracies can eventually restore world order, negate the old order of selfishness and aggression and usher in the new order of world understanding, world sharing and world peace.

Disciples are orderly, magnetic, radiant. Working with the angels of the Four Corners of the United States, with Sirius, with the 7 Rays, & with the Soul & Spirit of our country. Recollecting on an Event Yesterday.
An Experience of Meeting Another.
Maybe a poem.
A flash of silver, like a star. A moment in time.
Recollecting yesterday – past present future.

A silver star appeared yesterday.
Past present & future glimmered. Awareness flashed.
Of time, then, now, tomorrow.
Time & space, life, a season, a garden – suspended.

A swift moving light appearing through time & space.
Bright with intelligence.
Then big loud grey planes flew overhead.
The trees trembled, the sun shone, the birds sang, the moon called everything to bloom.
A spill of buttercups on the grass.
A single moment of dazzling awareness.
Souls meeting through time and space.

And then it was gone, disappearing in a moment’s time.
Like an arrow shot from a bow.
Surrounded by trees we waved goodbye.
Grief, loss, sadness hung in the air.
The afternoon slipped by, then night deepened.

Stars appeared, the Milky Way.

Today…somewhere again a silver star.
Flashes thru the land. On its way west.
Under the summer Libra moon.

We are children of stars, of space, of the oceans & the land.
Hundreds of millions of years in our bodies.
Meeting each other in time and space.
Yesterday a silver star passed our way.
Today, somewhere a tiny shooting silver light.

Afterward.
I felt shock afterwards, grief stricken. Loss.
Driving home, those hours, through forests, rolling hills and & over rivers.
Come back, I said. But I knew I didn’t have the right
environment for it. I knew there needed to be a large
area of freedom, a village, a community, a collective dream
come true for it to remain, to stay, to live, work & to rest.
Now it’s flying over grasslands & prairies, where once
the dust bowl happened. And soon it will reach the foothills
of the Rocky Mountains. And stay there a while.
A silver star, like a comet, a meteor, a flash of time, outside of time. Each time we meet, we gather the light of the other.
And offer ours.

A meeting with another – past present future appears.
Then it was gone.
