Lenten preparations

A pure body is needed to see the pure light.
A good body is important for Goodwill work.
The body should not hinder the work of the Soul.
adequate care of body is part of discipleship.
Matter in the body is from the earth, as is the food.
Quality of body = quality of food taken in – light, vital, energetic. Keep body active healthy with right food, right quantity, right timing, right attitude of mind.
Fruits, leafy veggies, sprouted pulses carry nutrients.
Care with food, care with preparing food.
Curing body with food in an ancient technique.
Water – purifies men & gods alike. Water inner & outer each day is needed. Bathing 2x daily, drinking pure waters, cleanses blood, stomach, intestines, all systems are cleansed. Be attentive to daily bathing & drink. Right habit related to water = clear pure blood by adequate drinking of water. Consciously drink pure adequate water to cure emotions & maintain good health. Fire – in body maintained thru exposure to sunlight – sunrise & sunset. Sun gives adequate warmth to the body.
Have adequate ventilation & air – as it affects the fire in the body. Expose body to all seasons to continue the frictional fire in the body – the vitality is kept up by morning/evening sunlight, all seasons, good ventilation, pure water.
Fire vitality in the body keeps body vibrant, alert, agile.
Air functions in body by five pulsations – adequate respiration – breath into lungs deeply, breath out deeply. Breathe in deeply, breath out deeply to exhale carbons. Air is the vehicle of life. Slow soft deep uniform breathing every morning.
Aire & fire are complimentary.
Working with air generates fire.
Sound – akasha, ether, 5th layer of body.
Right thoughts & speech keep etheric layer pure like the blue sky.
Much speech is noise = darkness.
Kind words = sound = light.
Mantras, Oms, kind speech cleanses the thought plane.
Goodwill then becomes part of one’s life.
Right utterances, right thought, right speech.
Preserve the Akasha – it holds continuity of consciousness.
This is immortality in yoga.
Mind – it’s cure is TRUTH – that is the ultimate cure.
Speaking truth is a consecration – one gains heaven.
There is no dharma higher than truth.
One progresses, there is no fall, when one speaks & follows the truth. Those who do not follow the truth, fall into darkness.
With truth, there are no illusions, clarity remains.
Consecrate the self to the Truth.
Earth water fire air ether mind all cured by Truth.
Cure earth by food, water by drink, sounds by thoughts, minds by Truth.
Cure is complete.

Nightmares….people have had nightmares recently.
When we do so, simply observe them.
Nightmares were experienced last Monday.
Has anyone else had nightmares Monday or this past week?

Guess – changing the tower frequencies. Upping the weaponization. Services (cell phones not working) & people become more & more vulnerable. Keep observing.

We were aware when they changed frequencies in our area.

Lots of YouTubes now where people just drop over dead from the frequencies. We are very affected to EMS’s. They change frequencies at any time.

Get a simple detector to check for EMFs (electric magnetic & frequency fields), to tell what is occurring.

During this time of Lent – of preparation & purification.
The Seven Rays in the Big Dipper pouring into us, the stars & planets, Sun & moonlight…
We invoke & call forth within ourselves as disciples the following:
sincerity, detachment, observation, impersonality, divine indifference, serenity, humility, an esoteric sense, Goodwill, Right Relations, intelligence, soul awareness, identity as a Soul, a sense of peace & poise, care of the body, perseverance, courage, love, wisdom & the capacity to give.

All these virtues & abilities we have within us.
They simply need to be called forth.
