The Christ’s Return – a story.
Today, Thursday – Ray 2 Day, September 24, 2026.
It’s Thursday again, our Reappearance Meditation.
Under the Light of Libra (3) Sun & Jupiter (2), planet of Love/Wisdom that oversees Thursdays.

Our Reappearance Meditation each week is a form of preparation for the Reappearance of the World Teacher, an event that occurs at the beginning of each new era or New Age (each age is 2,500 years long w/ 500 year preparatory phase & a 500 year withdrawal phase). We are in the latter as our Sun has begun to enter the atmosphere of Aquarius.

The World Teacher has not yet appeared physically. The Christ will appear with His Disciples/the Hierarchy.
The NGWS at this time are the outposts of the Hierarchy, our task is to “prepare the Way,” in the same way St. John the Baptist prepared the Way for the appearance of the Christ (in the body of his cousin, Jesus).
The appearance occurred at the River Jordan when the Spirit of the Archangel from Sirius (the Christ, a job description) entered into (overshadowed) the body of the man called Jesus. For three years, the Christ Archangel overshadowed Jesus. Both beings were undergoing Initiations.
Jesus is the Master who oversees the religions of the world.
This “overshadowing” was an agreement between both Jesus, the Master & the Archangel from Sirius for the purpose of providing humanity with the Piscean Teachings of Love.

When this occurred, more than 2000 years ago, humanity had reached the deepest level of density. Christ’s work & mission was like an intervention for humanity to be released from the density of matter & be able to return home again, to the spiritual world, to the Father’s house. This was accomplished by the Christ.
He opened the door (rent the veil) to the Evolutionary Arc, the pathway of humanity’s return to heaven. (the spiritual world). Christ also anchored Love into the Earth, the Love from Sirius.

Love was a new vibration for humanity & for the Earth. New tasks, teachings & developments are to be accomplished during each new age for humanity, new laws & principles are anchored. The Law of Love was given to humanity during the Pisces Age.

However, as the Christ assessed His Work & how it was accepted & understood by humanity, He realized humanity still, 2026 years later still didn’t understand, integrate or apply the Principle & Law of love into their lives. The Christ felt He had not accomplished His true task.

And so, in 1936, the Lord of the World, Sanat Kumara (Ancient of Days in the Bible) asked the Christ if He would consider being the Aquarian World Teacher, to appear & live & work among humanity on the earth once again. The Christ (heart of Hierarchy) contemplated this invitation for nine years.

At the Gemini Solar Festival (at the time of the full moon) in 1949, the Christ informed Sanat Kumara of HIs decision that yes, he would be the Aquarian World Teacher & appear once again among the peoples of the Earth.

Accompanying this momentous decision, the Christ gave to Alice Bailey & the Tibetan’s early student The Great Invocation, a new world prayer that followed upon the Atlantean Our Father.
The Great Invocation is the Mantram of Direction for humanity.
And a great healing prayer.

“This Invocation, which I have given to you, is the group prayer of all humanity in the Aquarian Age; therefore it is essential that every disciple (aspiring to the service of humanity) should make its distribution as well as its daily use a major duty and obligation.” — Alice Bailey, Discipleship in the New Age, Vol. II

The Christ is the head of & embodies the Second Ray force of Love-Wisdom, “Who—for the first time in planetary history transmitted the divine energy of love to our planet and in a most definite sense to humanity” (Bailey, Reappearance, P. 6).

The manifested Christ will be a public figure. “He must again enter the public arena, play His part in world affairs, and prove the scope of His mission. . . . His major task is the establishing of Right Human Relations in every department of human living” (Bailey, Reappearance, 56).

We are also told that “the development of spiritual recognition is the great need today in preparation for His reappearance; no one knows in what nation He will come, but this time He comes for the nations & the entire world will recognize Him.

The Christ (also called Lord Maitreya, the World Teacher) does not belong exclusively to Christianity or any religion. He is the same spiritual identity anticipated by various names across all major world religions (such as the Imam Mahdi, the Bodhisattva, or the Avatar). His return marks the transition into the Aquarian Age, bringing an influx of new spiritual energy meant to foster global synthesis, cooperation, and unity.
His return is based upon humanity’s readiness.

When conditions on Earth reach a critical point of aspiration and demand, He will re-emerge outwardly into physical/social visibility to guide humanity’s next steps.
He comes with a flaming sword, reestablishing the Rule of Law.
He is the Avatar of Love.

And so, on Thursdays, Ray 2 day, Ray 2 Ashram, we prepare for His Reappearance with the Reappearance Mantram.

Our Reappearance Meditation under Jupiter is Ray 2 of Love Wisdom.
We stand close to the Christ, at the heart of Hierarchy.
Our meditation becomes a healing for all those in need.
In the light of our Soul, we hear these words –
“People of goodwill can come together to make things better.”
These are good words.

The NGWS are aware of how Goodwill is created in humanity.
We align with the Will-to-Good (Ray1 into Ray 2).
And radiate the Will-to-Good to humanity.
And then the Will-to-Good becomes Goodwill in humanity.
Understanding this “precipitation” is the task of all Disciples.

Standing together in the Ashram, in the Buddic plane, in the Presence of the Christ & Hierarchy, under the Light of Sanat Kumara & under the light of our Group Soul, we face the Christ with intention, dedication & Love, and recite Reappearance Mantram together…

Forgetting the things which lie behind,
We will strive towards our highest spiritual possibilities.
We dedicate ourselves anew
To the Reappearance of the Christ,
in service of the Divine World Teacher, the Coming One
And will do all we can
To prepare men’s minds and hearts
For that event.
We have no other life intention.

Summer winds sleep now.
“I behold Your heavens, the work of Your hands, the moon and the stars, which You have set in place” (Psalm 8:3) — the summer wind now sleeps.

On this our first full day of autumn, September 23, 2026.
A quiet full v/c day today – the moon resting too.
Pisces moon begins tonight at 8:24pm (PT).
A new season begins – light hidden in the darkness.
We are to be the light. Libra Light that balances & harmonizes.
As disciples we work in the light.
As a Soul, we work in the light. Darkness cannot touch us.
We take our stand within the light.
We work together & from that point we never move.
We are the harmonizers.

Disciples prepare in all ways – we will be called to help others in times of need.

Today we stand in Confidence – the first day of preparation
for the Full Moon Libra solar festival on Saturday at 3.37 degrees/minutes Libra.
