Law of Group Endeavor.
Today, April 21st, we begin a study of the Law of Group Endeavor.
This is one of the Aquarian Principles & Laws that guide & direct humanity in its new behaviors to be cultivated in the new Aquarian era.
Each of the six (3 Principles & 3 Laws) are studied for 2 months over a year. So today & for 2 months we study, contemplate, come to understand & live by the Law of Group Endeavor. Laws emerge from Principles.
What are the Aquarian Principles & Laws?
We need to understand their meaning in our present time, especially as our Sun has entered into the atmosphere of Aquarius (a new age, which lasts 2,500 years).
Since the beginning of humanity’s life on earth (18 million years ago), as humanity evolved into awareness & consciousness, universal Principles and Laws have been given.
These Principles and Laws help humanity, spirits encased in form & matter, navigate life on Earth. These Principles & Laws embody Purpose, Will & Love that is to unfold within humanity who lives and moves and has its being in the body of God, the Creator.
Knowing the Principles & the Laws assists in our evolution (growth), our awareness, our states of consciousness & responses to the world. They energize us, give us a road map for the new era.
Principle – a Truth, an Essential Energy that ensouls the Law. Principles are Order, the Rule, Essence & a dimension of Divine Purpose.
Law – expresses the truth, the energy, the Principle. Laws enrich Principles, bring them into form & matter through our actions.
We work out Principles through Laws which are its tools & instruments, activities.
Principle is Life itself. Law is the current movement in life.
Principle is the noun. Law is the verb.
Examples –
1. The Principle of Goodwill creates & expresses through the Law of Right Human Relations (which creates Peace).
2. The Principle of Unanimity is the cohesive agent in the Law of Group Endeavor.
3. The Principle of Essential Divinity empowers the Law of Spiritual Approach.
Principles are embedded in Divine Purpose.
Laws emerge from the Soul when one’s personality is Soul infused. Laws anchor Truth, Divinity, Divine Purpose, the Plan, bringing it down into the three worlds of matter.
From these Principles & Laws, conscious divinity within humanity emerges, grows, expands.
The Tibetan speaking to his disciples expressed the need for disciples to begin to focus, study, contemplate on the Laws and Principles of Aquarius. This is part of the preparation for a New World Order (these words were originally used in the Wisdom Teachings, adapted by the Forces of darkness –
Note: I use the words here as part of the Forces of Light use them) to establish a climate in which the Coming One (Aquarian World Teacher, the Christ, Maitreya) can appear (His Reappearance) and function adequately in the world of form & matter.
The Tibetan brings to our attention the need for this contemplation & study as meditation… creative meditation, especially in Group Formation, creating a form of true and real action and service that aids humanity.
Our studies here are meditations each day – & together they create “thought forms of solution to world problems.”
It is important to explore the Principles and Laws which the Tibetan has given disciples especially for this particular time period in the unfolding Plan for humanity. And for the immanent Reappearance of the World Teacher.
Note: in the blue books by the Tibetan (through Alice) there are many other Principles & Laws to study & know about. However, I am focusing on the 6 Principles & Laws of the Aquarian Age. The other Principles & Laws may have different name, but they all overlap.
Over time in my writings, I have and will mention the names of other Principles & Laws, but we begin here with the basic Aquarian Principles & Laws.
And thus bring order to our thinking.
And to our daily & monthly study. Together we will acquaint ourselves with them, learn them all, come to know them & begin to act within them as part of our disicpleship training.
Within all of these learnings we stand within the Laws of Compassion & the Ancient Law of Ancient Dominating Good.
And now we know more. And can act with more awareness.

Groups –
Our first group is our family group. Then friends, school mates, sports groups, religious group – all types of groups we encounter as we grow up.
In the Occult World…
An Esoteric Group. An Ashramic Group. The 10 Seed Groups.
New Group of World Servers – individuals responding to Soul contact, seeking to serve humanity – groups formed to serve the world creating etheric “Centers of Light” scattered over the planet where they meet, interlace, and form a network of light.
This network creates the magnetic aura of the group life.
Founded upon an impulse to serve, they are of quality not quantity. Guidance and leadership comes from those great Lives Who guide the unfoldment of humanity and the destiny of the planet. Group work is pioneering work. all serving disciples are called, they are called to group work of a new order.
Individual effort and activity is to be blended with the group objective, the group effort, and with group decision-making. Group work naturally requires considerable self-discipline.
Individual qualities, when blended in the group life and merged in the united purpose, will serve the Whole while also stimulating and adding to the depth of individual growth and understanding.
Group relationships call for skill, relinquishment, and detachment. Such qualities as love, forbearance, understanding, and a focus on the Whole of Life require cultivation through deliberate will(ingness) & active expression.
One of the group’s major functions, “esoterically speaking,” is to absorb, share, circulate, and then distribute the energy of lLght.
We reach into the Light & bring it down to meet the needs of humanity & the world.
Group endeavor involves the ability to do group work, to share a group life, a group purpose, love, intelligence, sharing gift & talents and a group goal. A group focus & effort directed toward unfolding the spiritual life of the world of form. The group knows about, works with, handles, holds & directs the energy of Light. The disciple moves always in a field of energies, receiving impact from all directions & from above – this is the knowledge of & usefulness of knowing astrology, the science of the heavens.
Among those in the many groups active in every land will be some who form part of the subjective groups which the Hierarchy is forming (NGWS, Seed Groups) under all the rays, on every plane, and under multiple astrological aspects.
The light of many minds provides an effective instrument in world affairs and will prove to be part of the new modes of work in the future new era – the new education.
Group unity has its roots in group meditation and in the contemplative life in which souls know themselves to be one with all souls.
There is an artful, intelligent, loving scientific aspect to the occult group life.
… The New order of life & livingness in Aquarius will be brought into expression by the play & emanations of spiritual energy & from upon the New Groups of World Servers. The work is scientific.

Pass through the portal to initiation in group formation and
let the personality life be lost in the group life.”
