Mars is action. Jupiter expands all that we do.
Mars is desire & aspiration – Ray 6.
Jupiter is love & wisdom – Ray 2.

Action Based on Knowledge of the Energies Falling to Earth.
We can choose to act upon our desire & aspirations with love & wisdom.
This is how we USE (utilize) the knowledge of Astrology.

We learn & then know what the symbols mean. We then work consciously with them.
When we work with the energies of the heavens, all contained in symbols, we are no longer controlled by them. We are controlled by the energies when we don’t know about them.

To work with the energies, we first need to know of them, to understand their purpose, and what the symbols offer us.
Working consciously with the energies falling to Earth each moment of our lives on Earth makes us wise white magicians.

Blue Books Readings
Our group is reading Esoteric Astrology & the Reappearance of the Christ (blue books) each morning We will soon also begin to read Initiation Human & Solar (another blue book by Alice from the Tibetan).

In Esoteric Astrology, p. 377, the Tibetan via Alice writes:
As the Shamballa Force (Ray 1) pours into the Earth (all energies entering the Earth are neutral – their effects are based upon the quality of the mind & heart of each individual – if unawakened, there is distortion of the energies, if awakened, one uses the energies to help humanity). It produces in [377] certain nations, races and individuals, a welling

With the Shamballa Force (Ray 1, Will & Purpose of God) streaming in, there can be within the unawakened a welling up of self-will or of the will-to-power (to over power others, to control others) which is characteristic of the lower nature, the personality desire aspect of selfhood. (the unawakened under the force of Shamballa distorts the Will of the Father for its own use).

For the aware & awakened (Soul infused personality) it produces & stimulated the WILL TO SERVE the Plan as it is grasped by the world aspirants, world Disciples (New Group of World Servers) and Initiates. Thus are the purposes of Deity are able to materialize.

However, owing to the personality self focused ignorance world glamor (distorted thinking, extreme emotional reactions, false idealism, separative thinking, actions & polarization, ignorance, etc.) the true purpose and ideal of the all-creating Will of God becomes distorted by many people.

The distortion is a polarization in the emotional reactive lower mind personality body. They are not polarized in the Divine Will.
They are as yet centered in their personalities (physical body, emotions, lower mind) which is focused on the little self & on nothing else. They cannot see the larger picture of the world.
They only see a tiny aspect of the Plan. When one is thus polarized in the emotional, one is able to be controlled by the Dark Forces. It was the same in Atlantis.

Only the awakened (to Soul purpose, the Soul-personality fusion) appreciate the beauty & purpose of humanity, its origins & tasks & why we are here on Earth.
Only the awakened understand the reality & fulfillment of free will in service to the world and a free subordination of the lower will to the higher purpose.

Through the glamours, illusions & distorted thinking of the unawakened, life itself becomes twisted into the imposed will and the concept of the superstate (socialism, marxism, etc. where there is no free will, no free thought, no creativity).
This produces the imprisonment of the mind and the curtailment of all freedom, all free thought and free will dissolve.
The man becomes the captive of the man-made state.

This gives a clue to much that is happening today and to the headstrong progress of the glamored, distorted thinking
peoples, to the stiffening of individuals in their separate, wrong idealisms and to their acceptance of the imposition of a rule of life and an order of living which is imposed upon them by force and which is not the free expression of a free people.

There are two Paths – one into freedom, the other into captivity.
Humanity must cultivate discernment & discrimination (Buddha’s teachings) in order to see the difference between the two Paths. Then humanity must choose.
We are seeing in our world the uneducated masses choosing the left hand path, the Path of Darkness….in their ignorance.

Part of the agenda of the dark forces has been to make humanity once again ignorant & uneducated. They are achieving their goal.
Humanity needs to be newly educated.
Who will educated humanity? How, when, where?

The Aries light – the search light of the Logos seeking who can do this work on earth. And the Taurus light of illumination.
We step forward & we say – Let us be the ones to educate humanity. Let us be used for divine expression & to illumine the minds of humanity.
And the Hierarchy, hearing us, says OK, let’s go forward now into the Earth & educate the young ones first.

The Wesak Legend.
The Legend, Story & Fact of the Wesak Festival – Spiritual Contact
Occurring at the full moon under the Light of Taurus (today, Friday, May 1, 10:23am PT), sign of Enlightenment & sign of the Buddha.
Together the Buddha who is Wisdom & Christ who is Love, along with all the Master & Teacher, receive the blessings of Sanat Kumara via the Buddha & disperse the blessings, via the NGWS to humanity.
This is the yearly blessing for humanity from the Lord of the World, Sanat Kumara, Ancient of Days, from Venus. It is also a time of the Hierarchy’s quarterly conference & a time of Initiation for those who have prepared themselves.
At the time of the full moon (timing mechanism) disciples are called to be in meditation, to visualize the Buddha’s presence & to recite the Great Invocation, the World Prayer for humanity.

The Wesak Story ~There is a valley, lying at a rather high altitude in the foothills of the Himalayan-Tibet ranges. It is surrounded by high mountains on all sides except towards the northeast, where there is a narrow opening in the mountain ranges.

The valley is bottle-shaped in contour, with the neck of the bottle to the northeast, and it widens very considerably towards the south. Up towards the northern end, close to the neck of the bottle, there a huge flat rock. There are no trees or shrubs in the valley, which is covered with a kind of coarse grass.

Approaching the time of the full moon, at the Taurus solar festival), pilgrims from the surrounding districts (& from around the world) begin to gather. The holy men and the lamas find their way into the valley and fill the southern and the middle parts, leaving the northeastern end relatively free. There, so the legend runs, gathers a group of great Beings Who are the Custodians on Earth of God’s Plan for our planet and for humanity – the Masters & Teachers.

This many Masters & Teachers, the Hierarchy, the group of knowers of divinity are the focalized participants in the Wesak Festival. Appearing around the rock, they arrange Themselves in the northeastern end of the valley, in concentric circles, and prepare for a great act of service.

In front of the rock, looking towards the northeast, stand Three Great Beings Who are called by their disciples The Three Great Lords. These are:
1. the Christ (Pisces & Aquarian World Teacher, Bodhisattva, Maitreya) Who stands in the center; the Lord of living forms,
2. the Manu (progenitor of the human race. “Manu” and “Manas” come from the Sanskrit root “man” ~ “to think”) Who stands at His right; and
3. the Lord of Civilization, Mahachohan, who stands to His left.

These three Great Ones face the rock upon which rests a great crystal bowl, full of water.

Behind the grouped Masters of Wisdom (Hierarchy), adepts, initiates, and senior pledged disciples & workers under God’s Plan are to be found (the world disciples, ones who serve humanity, working in spiritual groups, Soul infused) and aspirants in their various grades and groups (either “in the body” or “out of the body”, in the etheric realms), who at this time constitute the New Group of World Servers (NGWS- those whose work is the salvaging of humanity).

Those present in their physical bodies have found their way there by ordinary means. Others are present in their spiritual bodies, and in the dream state. The “dream,” which they later relate, has been uniformly registered by people throughout the world, and bears the testimony to the recollection of an inner spiritual

As the hour of the full moon approaches, a stillness settles down upon the crowd, and all look towards the northeast. Certain sacred ritual movements, pacings & inter-weavings take place, in which the grouped Masters and Their disciples of all ranks take up symbolic positions, and form on the floor of the valley such symbols as the five-pointed star, with The Christ standing at the highest point; a triangle, with The Christ at the apex; a cross, and other well-known formations, all of which call forth the Buddha.

This is all done to the sound of certain chanted words and esoteric phrases, called mantrams (rhythmic words, syllables, generating a vibration). These (demonstration of force) summon the Buddha.

The expectancy in the waiting, onlooking crowd becomes very great, and the tension is real and increasing. Through the entire body of people there seems to be felt a stimulation or potent vibration which has the effect of awakening the Souls (principle of love, will, intelligence) of those present, fusing and blending the group into one united whole, and lifting all into a great act of spiritual demand, readiness, and expectancy. It is the climax of the world’s aspiration focused in this waiting group.

These three words ~ demand, readiness and expectancy ~ best describe the atmosphere surrounding those present in this secret valley.

The chanting and the rhythmic weaving grows stronger, and all the participants and the watching crowd raise their eyes towards the sky in the direction of the narrow part of the valley. Just a few minutes before the exact time of the full moon, in the far distance, a tiny speck can be seen in the sky. It comes nearer and nearer, and grows in clarity and definiteness of outline, until the form of The Buddha (Lord of Wisdom, lived 500 BC, to prepare men’s minds for the Coming of His Brother, the Christ) can be seen, seated in the cross-legged Buddha position, clad in his saffron-colored robe, bathed in light and color, and with his hand extended in blessing.

When the Buddha arrives at a point exactly over the great rock, hovering there in the air over the heads of The Three Great Lords, a great mantram, used only once a year, at The Festival, is intoned by The Christ, and the entire group of people in the valley fall upon their knees.

This Invocation (conscious focused appeal, asking) sets up a great vibratory thought current of such potency that it reaches up from the group of aspirants, disciples and initiates who employ it, to the Being we know as God (Lord of the World).
It marks the supreme moment of intensive spiritual effort throughout the entire year, and the spiritual vitalization of humanity and the spiritual effects last throughout the succeeding months.

The effect of this great Invocation is universal or cosmic, and serves to link us up with that cosmic center of spiritual force from which all created beings have come.

The blessing is poured forth, and The Christ, as the representative of humanity, receives it in trust, for distribution.

Thus, so the legend runs, The Buddha returns once a year to bless the world, transmitting renewed spiritual life, through The Christ.

Slowly then The Buddha recedes into the distance, until again only a faint speck can be seen in the sky, and this eventually disappears. The whole ceremonial blessing, from the time of the first appearance in the distance until the moment The Buddha fades out of view, takes just eight minutes.

The Buddha’s annual sacrifice (to make holy, an act from the heart) for humanity (for He comes back only at great cost) is over, and He returns again to that high place where He works and waits. Year after year He comes back in blessing; year after year, He and His great brother, The Christ, work in the closest cooperation for the spiritual benefit of humanity. In these two great Sons of God have been focused two aspects of divine life, and They act together as Custodians of the highest type of spiritual force to which our humanity can respond.

Through the Buddha, the wisdom of God is poured forth. Through the Christ, the love of God is manifested in humanity, and it is this wisdom and love which pour forth upon humanity each Wesak full moon.

When the Buddha has again disappeared, the crowd rise to their feet; the water in the bowl is distributed in tiny portions to the Masters, initiates and disciples, and they then go their way to their place of service.

The crowd, who have all brought their little cups and vessels of water, drink of them and share with others. In this beautiful “water ceremony of communion” is portrayed the symbol of the new age which is upon us, the Aquarian Age (the new era, 2,500 years under the light & sign of Aquarius – the Age of Humanity, of Freedom, this new age has just begun), the age of the Water Carrier – “waters of life poured forth for thirsty humanity. Age of new revelations, new consciousness, electrical waters – ruled by Uranus & Jupiter.

The Wesak ceremony is the story of God’s love for His people, reaching out to humanity via the heart of the Buddha & the Christ.

The Wesak Festival calls each of us to the need for individual purification, and offers us the opportunity to share with each other a love thatbelongs to all (as all Hearts & Minds are created equal).

Communion
The water, the communion, which has been magnetized by the presence of the Buddha and of the Christ, carries certain properties and virtues of a healing and helpful nature.
Thus blessed, the crowd silently disperses.
