Purple Heart, Lighthouse & Handlooming Day.*
Also, Reappearance Meditation Day.

Purple Heart Day – honor & respect for honor and respect for those who have been wounded or lost their lives in service of the US military.
Handloom Day – recognizing the artistry of handloom weavers creating fabrics rooted in cultural heritage.*
Lighthouse Day – they keep ships safe in the night.

*A story.
And so we went to the ROMP rummage store in Locust Grove Oklahoma (Rural Oklahoma Museum of Poetry Rummage Store). And there at the table in the back was LouIsa (she says it’s Lou Eye Sa) Soap, 86 year old Cherokee Treasure (which we didn’t know at first). This 2nd hand store was a treasure in itself & I didn’t know LouIsa was a national treasure but I kept saying “this is, there is a trove of treasures here.”
When approaching the table LouIsa was seated at, I noticed she pushed something away from her & into a drawer. Before it disappeared I saw that it was a weaving – a hand weaving that LouIsa was working on! Later I learned a lot more about LouIsa (an artist of multiple medias), aged 86 & born on Christmas morning (Capricorn Sun) right there in Locust Grove.
