It’s time to prepare for the Wesak Festival.
The Wesak festival, the Festival of the Buddha, occurs this year on May 5, 2023. It is also a lunar eclipse. The Wesak Festival, full moon festival will occur at 16 degrees Taurus. This is the same degree as the Mercury retrograde & later Jupiter’s retrograde. Thus Taurus, the middle degrees of Taurus are activated by multiple planetary movement.

The great event on the planet in direct relation to the human race is the Wesak festival. (Letters on Occult Meditation, p. 200)

Endeavour to make the Wesak Festival (at the time of the May Full Moon) a universal festival and known to be of value to all men of all faiths. It is the festival in which the two divine Leaders, of the East and of the West, collaborate together and work in the closest spiritual union; the Christ and the Buddha use this festival each year as the point of inspiration for the coming year’s work. Today, one of the National Celebrations is East Meets West.
This reflects on the Wesak Festival, when East & West meet together in the form of the two brothers – Buddha (east) & the Christ (west). These two brothers work together at the Taurus full moon Wesak Festival, when certain great energies flow down into the Earth & into humanity, along with the Forces Illumination, to illuminate the minds of humanity to Right Thinking leading to Right Choice & Right Action.

To prepare for the Wesak Festival, we read in the blue books about Taurus, we study the Buddha & his life. We look at our charts to see where the Wesak Buddha festival occurs & also the lunar eclipse (in Scorpio, the moon of Scorpio is hidden). We also note, South Node is in Scorpio – the past. In July the nodes will change. For now we prepare in these ways for the Wesak Festival, a most important sacred festival for the entire year.

Once a year, at the Wesak Festival, the Lord Buddha, sanctioned by the Lord of the World, carries to the assembled humanity a dual stream of force, that emanating from the Silent Watcher, supplemented by the more focalised energy of the Lord of the World. This dual energy He pours out in blessing over the people gathered at the ceremony in the Himalayas, and from them in turn it flows out to all peoples and tongues and races.
