When we give to a need, we give with an outpouring of love.

Saturn is the Teacher. Saturn was the Lord who directed the Jewish people out of Egypt & into the 40 years of desert life (to adapt to the new Rules of the 10 Commandments, & to purify from their enslavement to matter (Golden Calf, Taurus Age), & to prepare them for living in a new land (Canaan, land of milk & honey) & entering into the New Age of Aries, the Age of the Law. Discipleship
Discipleship is a process of aligning the personality with the Light of the Soul. The Bhagavad Gita talks about this. A disciples then shines forth, transmits joy, alleviates sufferings of others, drawing things towards one & so “sees” the Light of Divine, the Presence of Divinity. Then joy expresses itself. This is a meditation, clue for meditation, when the Inner Light of the True Self emerges. We then remain an eternal secret, shining forth forever in the world of Kali. We can hardly contain our Joy. Need + Love = Golden Substance Flows In
When there is need & when there is love, with need & love when we ask in need & love, the resources become available.
Spirituall Law – when asking for resources, there must be need & there must be love. In terms of Matthew, there is a need for resources so he can enter a Living Center for rehabilitation & recovery.
Resources are needed for Matthew, so he can, post hospital, enter into a Post Acute Neuro Rehab Living Center.
We are therefore asking these questions – We need 500K+
Who is gifted with vast financial resources? And wanting to Give?
Who is a Server who Gives & Gives & Gives again to the needs of our brothers & sisters.
Who is philanthropic?
Who is a billionaire seeking to use their funds in helping others recover from traumatic brain injury?

Who is one of the 80 Billionaires in Silicon Valley able & willing
to Give?
Who is excellent with fund raising?
The prayer – We visualize golden substance flowing from the Forces of Materialism into the hands & arms of the Forces of Light (where we stand, attempting to assist Matthew).

We visualize a large white 3 story house in the Commons of Santa Cruz. The Commons in earlier times was land in the center of a town set aside for those in need to be able to live & be cared for.
So the white house in the center of the Commons in Santa Cruz, surrounded by trees, lawn, gardens, flowers.
And we see those of us tending to Matthew entering this house & setting up a household & we bring Matthew to this house (Matt has Cancer rising, house, home, refuge).

And in this house those who love Matthew begin to live here & as we work together we form a community (Aquarius, Matthew is Aquarius Sun). And each day we work with Matthew in his recovery & rehabilitation.
As we create this community in the commons, meeting the needs of one which then meets the needs of all of humanity, the people of all the nations – we see we are all thirsty for Truth, for Right Relations, for Understanding, for Healing, for Care, for all of our needs to be met. The House in the Center of the Commons – we visualize this – it is about meeting the needs of Matthew (Aquarius, sign of humanity). Aquarius is the “waters of life poured forth for a thirsty humanity.” Matthew represents all of humanity in need at this time.

We listen to the heart of humanity & thus we are able to respond to those in need (in this case Matthew). Matthew is all of humanity. Aquarius – love, Risa

1. It’s not Climate Change. The climate is changing on all the planets around the Sun. Humanity do not live on those planets. And…It’s not what the propagandist say it is. It is NOT humanity who is responsible. The Green New Deal is propaganda – part of the control of the globalists, directed by the Dark Forces. The weather we see has to do with historical cycles of weather. It also reflects Neptune in Pisces & the shift of the Ages. The weather patterns reflect a cycle of weather (product of nature) over long eons of time. The View along w/ J. Reid, Limon, etc. & others in the news claiming the above….- are ignorant. Most of the media – ignorant propaganda-ists. So completely ill informed, paid to say ignorant things…. I am embarrassed at what I am hearing in my country. And in this natural tragedy & disaster occurring in our country, we get sociopathic lectures. The Kali Yuga phase is a test for humanity to find the light, the truth in the darkness. The Climate models are a complete fraud. Don’t be fooled by the propaganda of ridiculous theories. The lie began with the Inconvenient Truth. Lying for their own power & the control of humanity. Again, don’t be fooled. Begin to study, learn, research & to think clearly.

2. Don’t be fooled by Identity Politics which is what the colleges are using to sell their college. It’s a mining deeper into matter. It’s Atlantean. It’s evil. It’s personality level. It’s destructive. Webinars now sent out to parents about identity politics. So ignorant, so destructive, so dark. We are not to be defined by race, creed, beliefs, color of one’s skin, one’s culture, race, money, history, or anything else that is connected to the personality. Don’t be fooled. Like don’t be fooled by what is called Humanity creating Climate Change. These are all ways the dark forces capture the emotions of the people, the young ones. Once captured & entrained w/ false emotional ideologies, one loses one’s ability to think clearly, to discern & discriminate. Then there is no Right Choice available. This is the old way of thinking.
When one is awash in emotional polarities, one’s freedom is erased. Don’t be fooled by any of these propagandas.

My nephew works as a chef in Naples.
Cat 4 hurricane, a deadly storm. Rescue efforts everywhere.
Many many states sent their rescue teams to Florida
to help First Responders.
We hope people did not remain in Sanibel Island.
Local, state & federal will work together to protect life.
National Guard helping to get resources needed.
Many calling for help.
FEMA personnel, National Guard on the ground, high water vehicles sent to Florida. Assessing roads, lines down, how much water impacted has the utilities.

Storm now in NE Florida, moving forward, if re enters the ocean
the hurricane can strengthen. Storm is moving north into the Carolinas and Georgia. There is also a tornado warning. Extreme power outage. Forecasters urged people to evacuate days ahead.

The navy in Jacksonville removed their ships & planes on Tuesday. Now they can focus on helping the people. Gov. Desantis – Coast Guard on the barrier islands rescuing the people even as the winds continued. Looking at places of most inland flooding. Helicopters performing active rescue mission. Hospitals on generators, some being evacuated. At 6am 2 million + power outages on west coast. 1.5 million outages in 7 counties. Sarasota 1/2 million no power. Infrastructure will need to be rebuild completely in some areas – structural rebuild.

Resources are en route. Interruptions in communications, cell towers affected. I 75 South is open. Some roads unpassable – Cape Coral, Ft. Myers. But most open so supplies can move. 100 engineers inspecting bridges, working in teams of 2. Bridge to Sanibel Island is damaged. Pine Island bridge not passable & will require strucural rebuild. Central Florida flooded into NE Florida/Jacksonville, water continues to rise. It’s a 500 year flood event. Seminole county opened emergency areas. Flooding for hundreds of miles will set records.

There is food & water, truckloads of food/water sent out to the people. Damage so extensive. Major disaster for many counties. Inland damage. Some people displaced.

Federal Assistance offered for next 30 days for response/recovery. Individual assistance for those who qualify from FEMA. Area hard hit are hazardous areas, power lines, trees down, flooding near rivers, inlets – standing water is a hazard. 26 states offered support all will be put to use. An effort mobilized to help Florida. Those needing life support – help is on the way. Rescue Teams, National Guard, etc. helping the people.

What can we do to help?…donate to Florida Rescue Fund – money is the best way to hep. FloridaDisasterFund.org. Impact of storm is historic. We’ve never seen a storm surge of this magnitude on the low lying areas, homes damages. Today, identify people needing help & in harms way. Assets ready to go & will be used until all tasks are completed. Water in some places was 6 ft, covering homes.

Damaging winds & flooding are expected & storm poses major threat to central & NE Florida – rising water occurring this morning. 1500 resource requests, fulfilling 1300. 15K sheltered in place. Report if you know of anyone in need. Floridadisaster.org/report. If emergency call 911. Medical supplies, tarps, resources available for those in need. Many people in the Barrier Islands were helicoptered to safety.

Now – Beginning a 72 hour clock – search, secure, stabilize. All assets assessed where the storm created massive disaster. The storm has changed the character of Florida – requiring emergency response now & years of effort to rebuild SW Florida. A long process ahead.

This is great leadership across the state by the governor.
The governor thanks the states who have responded & those offering their skills & resources.

We have a tremendous ability to work & move forward.
But we are held back a bit with the Mercury retrograde in Virgo.
Sun & Mercury in Libra. Tonight Venus enters Libra.
Home again. Venus is the personality building ruler of Libra.
Venus is what gives Libra its beauty, harmony, balance.

To Live Well
To live well in life, one cultivates virtues.
Without virtues, intelligence is empty.
Intelligence alone creates selfishness.
Unless virtues are joined with intelligence.
Then humanity becomes able to serve.
without virtues we are unprotected.

Virtues protect the one who joins intelligence w/ virtue.
Those who loo for intelligence & fame but do not have virtue
one can become violent, aggressive & raja-istic.
Latent & subtle compulsions arise when there is no virtue.
Communism, socialism are examples of an aggressive cold intelligence w/ no virtue & no love. The result is the cultivation of dry leaves, which can quickly catch fire.

The work of the Disciple follows the path of Truth w/ intelligence, love & virtue. Disciples are not tinged with propaganda, judgment, opinion, extremist – all which create separations.

Disciples live as inner consciousness in the Antakarana, helping people around them, know the Plan, live in the Divine, & work silently. virtue ability gentle expression of work, living in depth.

October will be a big month for humanity & for the US. On the 8th Pluto stations direct (the transformation proceeds forward), on the 9th full moon festival (it’s also Sukkot, Jewish festival), Saturn direct on 22nd, solar eclipse new moon Scorpio, 25th, on 30th Mars retrogrades 25 Gemini till January 11th, when Mars stations direct.

We continue to need funds…as we will have to find a home for Matthew & pay the rent as there seems to be no one who can offer a home for Matthew. Santa Cruz is the 2nd highest rent in the United States, following San Francisco. The 2nd highest!

I called Emergency Housing for the Disabled….the director said there is NO money, NO vouchers, NO housing for the disabled & nothing available for emergencies, now or in the future. Dead end. That was the last place to call after all the Skilled Nursing places.
So we are doing our best each day with this information.

Aspirations develop a king heart, kind understanding of others.
We place ourselves in the position of other.
This cultivates sympathy, a kind heart, compassion.
This is a path that disciples walk when following specific rules. Loving Understanding gradually become Love. Loving Understanding is subtle. It is Oneness. From knowledge to understanding to service to compassion to love to bliss. This is the path of the disciple.
Lead us from knowledge to bliss, from strength to service, from sympathy to realization, love to oneness. Om
