Menu for Thanksgiving Dinner.
Smoked Turkey; sausage/sage/apple stuffing; mashed potatoes; cole slaw; cranberry sauce; peas; apple cranberry pie.

Recipes
Dressing or Stuffing?
Dressing is baked in a buttered baking dish.
Stuffing is “stuffed” inside a turkey or chicken.
I make a Dressing.
A long time ago at a dinner party, I ate a delicious savory somewhat sweet stuffing made with corn bread & in the years since I have tried to recreate that taste. I am still trying.
So I make a cornbread, with different amounts of sugar or maple syrup or different additions of flours & herbs. I always include almond flour to what I bake. I also always use Einkorn flour, a pale yellow original wheat grain from Europe. I bake the corn bread a day before Thanksgiving for the stuffing. Here is a simple stuffing or dressing recipe.

CORN BREAD (Southern style)
Oven 350 (preheat)
The secret to Southern cornbread is to heat the butter (or lard, or coconut oil) first in a skillet. Then add the next ingredients & mix together.
– Heat in a skillet on the stove
1/2 cup butter (lard, coconut oil, or mixture).
– melt butter in skillet. Turn off heat.
Add 1/3 – 2/3 cup white sugar (I used 1/3). Mix.
Add 2 large whipped eggs. Mix.
In a bowl place 1 cup buttermilk w/ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Mix. Add to skillet.
Add in 1 cup cornmeal & 1 cup all-purpose flour & ¼ teaspoon salt Mix till no lumps.
Bake in 8 inch buttered square pan, or round pie dish.
Oven 350 degrees. 30 – 40 minutes baked in the oven.
Cool.

Dressing/Stuffing Recipe
(no specific amounts)
– Saute in olive oil & butter the following – sausage, grass fed ground beef, onion, celery, bell pepper, salt & pepper, sage & thyme. Add a bunch of parsley leaves.
Cool & place in large bowl.
Add crumbled cornbread, 2 eggs, chopped apples, roasted pecans, dried cranberries or raisins, chicken stock, melted butter. Mix gently. Bake in a buttered dish for an hour at 350 degrees (preheated oven – oven takes 15 minutes to preheat).

Cranberry relish
– In a sauce pan – place a bag of frozen cranberries, 1/3 – 1/2 cups sugar or less, orange juice from tangerines or oranges (1-2). (Note: can add chopped apples, too)
Add a pinch of salt (to alkanize). Cook gently till cranberries thicken. Taste. Cool. Serve in a silver or crystal bowl.
With a silver spoon.

Sagittarius, where the Sun in now…is a sign of food & good things to eat. The keynote is “Let Food Be Sought.” The fruits of the Spirit, really. But on the personality building level, it’s the foods you and I eat and the seeking of the abundance & beauty & nourishment & sharing of food.

In between writing at my desk overlooking an elderberry tree & a meadow & the many birds that fly into the tree, I am more & more often in the kitchen preparing food. When I do so I think of preparing food for a great & large community, an Ashram, a village. I might begin to add more & more food ideas, thoughts & recipes to my posts. 2. & food, a subject close to the heart of Sagittarians/Sagittarius.

We are disciples in Sagittarius, having been given that choice in Scorpio.
Today – We shifted from Scorpio warrior-ship, a triumphant battle – to Sagittarius & it’s goals – also to archery, justice & journeys, horses flying thru meadows, eyes on the Capricorn’s mountaintops & the Sound of Silence.

Sabbath – Day of Rest & of Praise.
Completion of work, day of rest for the Soul.

His Creation (His Creative Work.”

The Law given to the people to rest.
“Remember the Sabbath (rest) day and keep it holy” (Exodus 20:8-10).
“And remember to love the Lord your God with all your heart, & with all your mind & with all your Soul.” (Mark 2:27-28).

Libra (3) Moon today – balance, harmony, ease.

The call of Discipleship in order to later Save the World.

Sunday (the Sun’s day) as the Sabbath – Hebrew -“to rest.”
“Remember & honor & respect the Sabbath (day of rest).”
3rd Commandment.
This is the 3rd Commandment in the Ten Commandments.
The Laws given to Moses for the ways to live in the Aries Age.
The Israelites has left Egypt (Taurus Age, Golden calf, etc.) & were in their 40 year pilgrimage (purification from servitude, from matter, from a mind set as servants) in the Sinai desert walking from Egypt (Taurus Age) to Canaan (Aries Age).

Moses was given the Ten Commandments so the people would know how to live in the Age of Aries. Aries is thus known as the Age of the Law. The “lifewave/race Spirit that directed & guided the Hebrew people was Jehovah which is Saturn.
The Commandment to “rest” one day of the week, the Sabbath day was so the people could keep one day holy with their thoughts and actions, contemplating upon God’s creation (the magical world all around them).

The day was to be set aside as a day of rest from daily work in order to be in thoughtful meditation & contemplation each 7th day (for the Hebrew, the 7th day was Saturday, which reflected Saturn) & each 7th year (every 7 years Saturn is involved in a square, which means a change of direction is to take place). For the Jewish people, the Saturday Sabbath is also a remembrance of the release from servitude in Egypt (Taurus). It is also the day that God said He rested after his “magical” creation.

As the eons of time passed, we shifted into the Pisces Age (religion, churches built, vision of a greater reality, heaven, above the earth plane that, thru devotion could be reached) & the day of Sabbath (Saturday, Saturn’s day) moved to Sunday (the Sun’s Day), reflecting no longer Saturn but the Sun.
God was then seen as the Sun which upheld creation. Sunday thus is the day when God rested after his creation, but that God was the Sun & the Eucharist (round host or bread that reflects the shape of the Sun, given as a sacrament in the Christian/Catholic church).

As The Ten Commandments were given to humanity for the Aries Age (how to be in the new Age – the offering of the new Laws), the Age of Pisces was under the Law of Love (the first time it was anchored on Earth via Sirius, & via the Archangel from Sirius, the Christ – a job description). In the Age of Aquarius, what is given to humanity are the New Aquarian Laws & Principles. Each new age adds onto the previous ages laws given to humanity. Understanding of these things is of great importance for disciples & for those seeking discipleship – the Scorpio Call.
And for those in training to become Shamballa Warriors.

On Sunday’s we contemplate these things – we contemplate the miracle of creation, the six days of creation, the seventh day of rest (note the 7th day of Creation is not completed yet). We contemplate the past week, the week ahead. And we offer gratitude to the Lord as we offer gifts of mercy to one another.

What we are living in in a magical creation. Magic is a coded work. The White Magician Healers in the Commons understand all of this. Risa

The First stage to be mastered in meditation is VISUALIZATION.
Using the creative powers of the mind. Not emptying the mind.
We have nothing real in our minds to elIminate. Instead disciples find that the mind has abilities. And disciples use those abilities to bring forth a new creation. Meeting the needs. Which is the Task of the NGWS – this is a study of What & How.

Scorpio – calling the Disciple for training.

Friday is Venus’s day – Clear information, truth, science.
Satur(n)day is Saturn’s (structure, the Teachings) day.
Mercury & Venus in Sagittarius.
Right Thinking & Right Values – we embark on a journey of healing with Right Information as to How.

Creative Visualization – how we create.
One has a desire for a need to be met.
We thus use our imagination & create pictures (of what is needed) with our imagination, picturing every detail of the object of need. That which we wish to create.
This visualizing is a way of form building.

The visualization forms a simulacrum (an image, representation) in the plastic matter of the subtle mental world around us.
And into that mental mold the seer, by focus & by a trained
will, calls forth the free atoms and molecules
in solution in the air all around. The visualizer & the image becomes thus magnetic, thus the “capturing” or “calling” of atoms & molecules to surround the image.
And the object, over time, begins to materializes and become visible. In one way or another, what is needed “appears.”

This is how the Masters work.
Disciples are to begin this work now too.
One must always respond to a “need.”

The Components.
A father, a mother, a holy child appearing.
The Will from the Father.
The Imagination, the feminine aspect of the Mother.
The two together, the positive charge & receptive charge,
come together & there is a conception, a creation the form.
The quality of the form created depends upon the Love between the two. And the quality of the focus, the details & most of all the NEED.

Visualization as Meditation.
The Imagination as a tool.
In Raja Yoga – we use visualization as a primary way of meditation. It demonstrates Energy Follows Thought.

We are to create pictorial visualizations – this is a level of training for Shamballa Warriors.
It creates an interior process.
It focuses us in the head, between the pituitary body & pineal glands. Here we visualize in detail, draw pictures, paints themes all that which is desired to be created, based on the need & in which we intend to Work.

This is a Directed Process of Manifestation.
The pineal gland is a magnetic field that is activated. Energy is gathered (free atoms & molecules in the air are gathered around the image in the air) by the disciple’s focused thought – this then produces events in the etheric field.
All things physical have an etheric field.
All things created begin in the etheric field of thought.

The power to visualize, building forms in our imagination, is our (humanity’s) creative work & activity. It is our CREATIVITY.
Our Creative Mind uses the imagination & thus visualizes.
It has three parts. The mind, creative visualizing mind…
1. it gathers energy
2. focuses this energy via intention & need
3. dispatches by means of pictorial process in order to bring about the needed creation.

This Work of Visualization & of Manifestation is Scientific.
This energy direction can become a spiritual rhythm/habit within Disciples.

What is the NEED that brought this study forth?

Matthew’s accident & the months that followed.
A Need Presented & Not Met in Regular ways.

Home & Daily Care
Matthew needs a home to go to in order to continue to heal.
He has no home to go to. No where to receive care in Santa Cruz.

Matthew as Microcosm (us) to the Macrocosm (humanity).
Matthew represents what is occurring to humanity in the US – so many homeless, w/out care, w/out services. We have asked multiple people in Santa Cruz for a place for Matthew. He remains in the hospital because there is no home for Matthew to go to for her further care.

The Astrology
Matthew – Aquarius Sun, Pisces Moon. Cancer rising.
Matthew is the small representative of the entire nation & its needs – with the homeless & lack of focused compassionate care in our country.

The Need (following Matthew’s astrology)
Creating a home (Cancer, Matthew’s rising sign, the SUN SIGN OF THE U.S.) in the “commons” (land set aside in earlier times for those in need) for Matthew now & for everyone in need. Aquarius – Humanity is Aquarius.
Pisces – Matthew represents the Saving (Pisces) grace needed for humanity.
Cancer – And Matthew represents the “building a lighted house for humanity”….

Since Matthew’s accident, July 1st, our group has been visualizing Matthew’s healing. And a Master of Wisdom has been giving me instructions of working with Matthew’s healing –

Results
The results have been a training ground formed in healing & visualization. And now, the visualization is two-fold – the healing of Matthew via Visualization – & a home (a Home in the Commons in the center of Santa Cruz, where the White Magician Healers are trained & Matthew & Cyrus & all the others in need are healed). When persevered, the visualization w/ intention & focus becomes effective. This is new to humanity.

This is how the Masters work. It is essential that we master the techniques.
1. energy gathering
2. focalization/focus on creating the image
3. distribution/direction – according to the demand of the need.

This is a healing technique of the future. The Masters use this to call the disciples to awareness. The power to visualize correctly is also a mode to ascertain truth & falseness. Visualization builds the bridge between the emotional/astral plane & the been mental plane. It is like building the Antakarana (bridge to the Soul & to the Atmic plane, field of pure Light – the Light of Spiritual Will, Love/Wisdom & Intelligence, see Constitution of Man).
The Astral (desire, aspirational,emotional) plane is the form building aspect of the 2nd aspect of Love/Wisdom (Ray 2).

Visualizing-Manifestation of the Thought Into Form
We picture a form. The thought energy of mind gives life & direction to this form, embodying purpose. Thus a line of energy is formed between the astral plane & the mental plane/mind.
A triple energy then is formed when the Soul is involved when there is NEED.
This visualization process constitutes the first 2 steps in the activity of thought form building (creation).
These embody spiritual ideas & divine purpose.
The Masters work on this level.
Disciples are now called to work in this manner.
Using the above information creatively.
The needs of the times are great & the work & purpose of Disciples is being called upon.

What I post each day are Teachings.
Our work here is very important. When done right it is also very effective. Creating new rhythms on EArth for humanity.
The Hierarchy looks at a Group to see how effective they can be.
How useful they are in being impressed with the NEEDS & the ways to meet those needs.

The work of Disciples is very important in the present battle for humanity’s minds.
Disciples – building the Antakarana, the bridge from personality to the Soul) for humanity. Bringing about a healing of the minds of humanity.

Building from dark to Light.
From the unknown to the Known.
From chaos to harmony.

Major Powers
Unfolding the three major powers of all illumined minds.
1. Power to work with thought substance. Sensitive to mind currents & register the thoughts of the Mind of God. With North Node in Taurus & Uranus in Taurus, the Buddhic plane, the intuition. Disciples are developing this.

2. Developing the Power of Intuition, a function of the Mind, rightly used allowing humanity to see Reality (no illusions).
When intuition functions, one is enabled to take Direct Correct Action as one is then in touch with the Plan of God.
A great achievement of the intuition at this time.

3. The Power to HEAL – this is in embryo in humanity. But it is THE WORK OF DISCIPLES, trained to be divinely magnetic & radioactive – forces that vivify, reconstruct, eliminate evil & heal the ill. Healing up till now has only responding to these hovering forces.

Manifesting the Plan for humanity’s illumination.
The battle occurring today is for the minds of humanity.
From illusion & darkness to the light of knowledge, truth & illumination.

Mars retrograde – Mars increases the tension within humanity.
South Node in Scorpio – Mars & Scorpio – the two are connected.
Scorpio’s personality & Soul ruler is Mars – one desire, the other Aspiration.
With Mars retrograde – the emotional plane of humanity is activated.
