So humanity can choose which path/Path to follow.

Rules (for some these are New Rules)
a- Know yourself to be the Undying one.
b- Control the lower mind, for through that mind the Undying One can be known.
c- Learn that the form (matter) is but a veil which hides the splendor of divinity.
d- Realize that the One Life pervades all forms so that there is no death, no distress, no separations.
e- Detach (yet remain connected, meaning observe what is all around, remain poised) yourself from focus ONLY ON the form side, and call forth & meet the Divine within on that high place where Light and Life are truly found.

Hunter Walking the Path
(like the Elephant, Ganesh, destroyer of all limitations)

As the hunter walks the path, the solar light increases.
Day is light, the Soul is light. Man is the Soul.
The shadow of light is darkness/ignorance. The night is never eliminated. Midday on the equator on equinox day.
Light appears on the forehead.
At 12 noon the shade of man is at the feet. Man cannot see that shadow. It is at the minimum.
The light of Soul is at maximum. The angels dance.
The son of man becomes the Son of God.
The virgin (subtle body, golden pure light) sings.
The life force moves unimpeded, like galloping horses (Sag).
The glands secrete their life forces in the centers of life/light. These are the gods (devas)from the top of the head (cosmic) to the heart (solar) to planetary (diaphragm to base). the entire body is pervaded by gods (devas, light being, bright shiny ones).
The tissues vibrate w/ virginity (purity). They sing.
The life & light moves unopposed in the body when the Soul infuses the body/personality of man (thinker).
The solar pole/Light advances, day increases, gods dance, virgin sings, horses gallop, waters spring. The son of man becomes the Son of God. Om Om Om.

Sagittarius

Sagittarius governs the thighs, which are the main centre of physical power and protective strength in the body, and it governs also the sacral centre which provides the energy for the use of the creative powers of the physical life.
This is also symbolically true. In Sagittarius, the disciple has two things to discover within himself.
1. the power to make progress upon the path and to walk the Way, and
2. the ability to create in the higher and spiritual sense.
This concerns the relationship between the sacral and the throat centres. These powers (the higher powers) are as yet embryonic in the earlier Sagittarian experience, when one is developing the personality (body, emotions, lower mind). They become more developed and potent as one cyclically returns to life experience in this sign & follows the path upward. Like the Elephant.

Venus is the spiritual ruler of Capricorn.

Mary’s Day today – Mary is one of the Masters, personifying the feminine principle – Mary born pure, conceived pure.
Purity is essential to enter the Temple of Wisdom.

Light Twinkling in the Darkness
Gripping the Light twinkling in the darkness (duality, two sides of one principle – disciples standing in the center. Disciples choose the central golden principle – Lord Krishna stands here too.
Yoga the Golden Middle Path.
Disciples walk thru the darkness of duality, focused on the twinkling light above in the center of the forehead.
The elephant walks, the dog barks.

Anger hatred attraction repulsion right wrong are tempting. Yet the disciple walks the central golden path – from Anahata (heart) to Saharara (head 1000 petalled lotus).
Thus the disciple is garlanded – lotuses of light, five in number w/ different petals – 4, 6, 10, 12 16, 48 petals of the 5 chakras, 48 letters accomplished. The seeker is 49. 48, 49 to 98 to 99.

There is abundant cooperation from the Virgin – purity, Mary’s Immaculate conception –
Purity is needed to enter the Temple of Wisdom.
Purity – quality of seekers who neutralize duality.
Reaching tip of pituitary at brow, then an abyss before the great light is seen in the 1000 petalled lotus. Grace of the jewel of the serpent is the twinkling light. Seeker cannot demand grace.

The Seeker can only wait for the light to descend from the brow center – then a light bridge is built & the hunter walks thru to reach the 3rd eye. The eye of the bull twinkles in darkness.
The lion grips lights from the darkness.
The maiden makes a garland of lotuses.
Disciple garlanded.

We picture Ganesh – the holy elephant.
The trunk, the spine lifting one up to the Light in the head.
Past the illusion & maya.
Gripping the Light twinkling in the darkness.
The Immaculate Conception within each of us.

Meditation
THE FULL MOON APPROACH TO THE HIERARCHY
The time of the full moon is a period when spiritual energies are uniquely available and facilitate a closer rapport between humanity and the Hierarchy. Each month the inflowing energies carry the specific qualities of the constellation influencing the particular month; these energies playing sequentially upon humanity, establish the “divine attributes” in the consciousness of humanity. As aspirants and disciples we seek to channel the spiritual inflow into the minds and hearts of men, and thus strengthen the link between the human kingdom and the Kingdom of God.

Entrance upon the Path of Approach is possible for individuals, for groups, and for humanity as a whole as a unit. Energies not usually or normally contacted, can be touched, grasped and utilised at the time of these Approaches, provided that they are contacted in group formation. Thus the individual, the group and humanity are enriched and vitalised.

KEYNOTE of the full moon Approach to the Hierarchy:

“He who faces the light and stands within its radiance is blinded to the issues of the world of men; he passes on the Lighted Way to the great Centre of Absorption. But he who feels the urge to pass that way, yet loves his brother on the darkened path, revolves upon the pedestal of light and turns the other way.

“He faces towards the dark, and then the seven points of light within himself transmit the outward streaming light, and lo! the face of those upon the darkened way receives that light. For them the way is not so dark. Behind the warriors–twixt the light and dark–blazes the light of Hierarchy.”

MEDITATION: LETTING IN THE LIGHT

I. GROUP FUSION. We affirm the fact of group fusion and integration within the heart centre of the new group of world servers, mediating between Hierarchy and humanity:I am one with my group brothers, and all that I have is theirs.

May the love which is in my soul pour forth to them.
May the strength which is in me lift and aid them.
May the thoughts which my soul creates reach and encourage them.

II. ALIGNMENT . We project a line of lighted energy towards the spiritual Hierarchy of the planet, the planetary heart, the great Ashram of Sanat Kumara; and towards the Christ at the heart of Hierarchy.Extend the line of light towards Shamballa, the centre where the Will of God is known.

III.HIGHER INTERLUDE. Hold the contemplative mind open to the extra-planetary energies streaming into Shamballa and radiated through Hierarchy. Using the creative imagination, endeavour to see the three planetary centres—Shamballa, Hierarchy, and Humanity—gradually coming into alignment and interplay.

IV. MEDITATION. Reflect on the seed thought—using the appropriate keynote for the zodiacal sign.

V. PRECIPITATION. Using the creative imagination, visualise the energies of Light, Love and the Will-to-Good pouring throughout the planet and becoming anchored on Earth in prepared physical plane centres through which the Plan can manifest. (Use the six-fold progression of divine Love as the sequence of energy precipitation–Shamballa/Hierarchy/the Christ/the new group of world servers/men and women of goodwill everywhere in the world/physical centres of distribution.)

VI. LOWER INTERLUDE. Refocus the consciousness, as a group, within the periphery of the great Ashram. Together we sound the affirmation:

In the centre of all Love I stand. From that centre I, the soul, will outward move.
From that centre I, the one who serves, will work. May the love of the divine Self be shed abroad,
in my heart, through my group, and throughout the world.

Visualise the downpouring spiritual inflow released from Shamballa through the Hierarchy and streaming into humanity through the prepared channel. Consider how these inpouring energies are establishing the “Pathway of Light” for the coming World Teacher, the Christ.

VII. DISTRIBUTION. As the Great Invocation is sounded, visualise the outpouring of Light and Love and Power from the spiritual Hierarchy through the five planetary inlets (London/Darjeeling/New York/Geneva/Tokyo) irradiating the consciousness of the whole human race:

From the point of Light within the mind of God
Let Light stream forth into the minds of men.
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men-
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

Today is December 3, 2022. Neptune turns stationary direct this afternoon (4:15pm, west coast time). At 22.39 degrees Pisces.

Aries moon today. Tonight, Taurus moon begins (9:45pm west coast time).
Venus/Neptune square (Sag/Pisces) today. Assessing our resources, relationships. Choosing a different path. Always with greater & greater Goodwill.

A healing occurs in our sleep tonight – Sun/Chiron trine.

Neptune
Neptune was “seen” in the sky in 1846 – the advent of spiritualism, hypnotism, anasthetics, idealism – all Neptune qualities. When we “see” something new in the heavens, it represents that something new will be revealed & cultivated within humanity.
The Lord of the 6th Ray works through Neptune (& Mars). Neptune is connected to inspiration, ideals, dreams, devotion, illusion, the highest qualities of Christ (Soul) consciousness, sacrifice & service with unconditional love. Religion (what was developed in the Pisces Age) is governed by Ray 6. (Mars is battle conflict, desires, aspirations).

Neptune flows through Pisces (2) & on inner levels, Cancer (3 & 7). One’s spiritual home – Cancer – I build a lighted house & therein dwell (words of the Soul within the body). One’s physical home is to become a center of life, light & love for its inhabitants. Like an Ashram.

Neptune is a sacred planet (it’s Lord has completed certain Initiations) & therefore it is concerned with unity among humanity.

Neptune dissolves things – things that are no longer useful. Neptune’s transits – old ideals, dreams of people & of nations) begin to die (Neptune rules Pisces – sign of endings, of crucifixion, of death & then of resurrection). A depression can fall over the people, separations, too, based on untruths & illusions. The people lose faith in leaders & the nation’s hopes & dreams. Neptune is paradoxical. Two realities emerge. Self delution & escapism & illusion & untruths emerge. And a new idealism that shapes the creation of the new era.

The USA is Sun in Cancer w/ Moon as its ruler. Moon in Aquarius. Aquarius is about freedom (which the Constitution reflects). The dream that the USA is the “land of the free” is being questioned now by masses who are entrained to believe in darkness & no longer in the Light.

Neptune has been navigating itself through Pisces waters since 2011/2012, and it will remain in Pisces until 2025/2026.
2025 is the year the Hierarchy assess the quality & timing of its precipitation, heralding the coming of the New World teacher (Christ Maitreya).
Neptune has an extremely long orbit; it takes 165 years to move through the entire zodiac, with 14-year journeys across each of the 12 signs. In 2011, Neptune entered Pisces, where it will continue drifting until 2026.
Neptune in Pisces – a period of ideological wars and revolutionary changes. Neptune was in Pisces when Rome fell. The situation in our country, USA, can be said to be the 2nd fall of the Roman Empire.

Notes:
The last time Pluto was in Capricorn was during the American Revolution. Neptune was in Pisces when Rome fell (476AD).
We have these two in the heavens right now.

The last time Neptune traveled in Pisces was in the mid 19th century from April 1847 through April 1862.

Sagittarius Study
Centaur (half man/half horse), Rider & horse (man & horse), archer on horse w/ bow & arrow – the three developmental stages of Sagittarius.

The archer on the horse are we ourselves (humanity).
We are souls who must learn to bridle the impetuous horse
of our personality. In the state of the centaur man and animal are still one, dominated by the animal nature. When man sits riding on the horse, he is the archer fired by ambition; his aspiration is like a jumping horse which runs around wherever it wants.

Quick like an arrow, he is always busy with many things at a time and lives in continuous tension. He runs the risk to ruin his vital forces and thus become sick. His thoughts already revolve around the light and he acts with good intention.

But he has not yet committed himself to a goal and taken a task upon himself. Even if he, a leisure-time aspirant, might think he is walking the spiritual path, he has not yet set foot on it.
When we decide to commit the self to the Path of the Soul, all aspirations are directed to this high aim.

Willingly and voluntarily we then subordinate everything in life to this decision. Life circumstances and events no longer can divert us. Thus we gain stability and uphold a constant vibration in our striving towards our goals.

Under Sagittarius
“We see the goal, reach the goal, then see the next goal.”

I may write more about Matthew’s experience yesterday, his transfer to a new facility. As the keynote of Sag is this…”Let food be sought.” Matthew’s experience with food at the new facility is not good. He said it’s sub par. Matthew is a chef. Always using organic fresh ingredients, right off the farm, using bone broths, sauces, veggies & fruits directly from the farms around Santa Cruz. The facility he is in basically houses elders & the quality of food is not the quality that nurtures & nourishes. There has to be a way found to get food to Matthew. We also need an electric wheel chair now. So he can be more independent & get around among the people. Become friends with them. Radiate his Aquarian light of friendship. The room he is in is isolating & alone. More to come as it happens….love, Risa

Notes about Matthew – which is on my mind today.
For those who know Matthew, my son, was in an accident resulting in traumatic brain injury – which has affected his ability to care for himself on all levels.
Up until today Matthew has remained in the hospital (since July 1st), slowly recovering. (Matthew is leaving the hospital today for a skilled nursing facility for further care).
Matthew needs 24/7 care & help with all his daily needs.

Today is Thursday, December 1, 2022. A new month begins.
With new endeavors. Pisces (saving grace) moon today. Sagittarius (the traveler) Sun.
Matt is “traveling” to a new facility.
Matthew transitions today from Dominican Med/Surg to the Watsonville Post Acute Skilled Nursing facility.
Address is 525 Auto Center Drive. He will be leaving Dominican hospital around 1pm. Jove will be with Matthew (thank you, Jove). We pray for a smooth & careful transition.
There may be new rules to learn about, what visiting hours are, who can visit, how, when? What are the rules at this post acute center? I don’t know yet. We can all find out together. Then share with each other. Jennifer will most likely offer us direction as to what we need to know to visit & also the schedule.
Gratitude to Sarah, Laura, Jim Cole (Matt’s uncle), Jove, Jennifer, Sean (Matt’s biking friend & who owns the Commons”), Suzanne who yesterday spent the entire day with Matthew, the staff at Dominican (especially the ARU – Matt’s “family” while at Dominican).
Gratitude to everyone (friends of all capacities, abilities, sharings & good things offered)who have joined this healing journey with Matthew.

Mercury is the evening star till January 2, 2023.
Venus will be the brighter evening star beginning the night of December 3rd – Saturday evening/night.

Jupiter, Sag’s ruler, is the brightest the night sky, continuing to March 29, 2023.

Sagittarius is the sign of direction.
The sign of the horse, the rider, the bow & arrow.
Sagittarius is a mutable fire sign.
The signs of the zodiac follow one another in an interplay of the elements fire-earth-air-water – a round dance, which is passed through three times in a year (3 x 4 = 12 signs).
In the circle of the year each sign forms an equilateral triangle with two further signs of the same element. In this the basic trinity of existence is mirrored:
Spirit – Soul/Consciousness –
Matter. Father, Son, Mother –
Will, Love/Wisdom, Divine Inteligenge.

Three Fires
Sagittarius (mutable) is a fire sign, as are Aries (cardinal) and
Leo (fixed). Fire is an expression of the life energy:

With Aries the spiritual fire, the new life impulse emerges.
Aries is the beginning of the cycle of life & of the zodiac and corresponds with the head.

Leo represents the solar or soul fire; it is the energy of the heart, which makes us feel inner relatedness.

Sagittarius stands for the fire within matter, fire by friction, the frictional fire, expressing itself in the field of the tension of polarities. In the physical body, Sagittarius is the area at the end
of the vertebral column, the pelvis and the thighs.

In the Eastern Wisdom teachings, the horse is a symbol of fire and life force. The movement of fire is called the movement of the horse.
Aries – the head of the horse.
Leo the body & Sagittarius the tail.
The wisdom teachings say (show) the Sun rides on a carriage with seven horses representing the seven rays – the seven qualities of life.
The seven fiery horses or lines of force penetrate the creation and the light from the source penetrates (streams down into) the deepest matter – into material manifestation. And into the hearts & minds of humanity.

In the symbolism of Sagittarius we meet horse and rider representing different developmental stages of evolution.
There is the centaur, the horse & rider, the bow & arrow.

Three levels.
Centaur is animal man. Here man begins to rise slowly above the animal through a fixed orientation. Later man becomes the riding archer on the horse – the animal nature, under control.
The arrow of his mind is concentrated on his goal, and nothing can deter him from it.

The biblical as well as the Eastern picture of the Rider on the white horse, bow & arrow in hand, symbolize the Coming One (World Teacher), who gathers His people and leads them through the battle to victory.
