Bija – Hindu word for “seed.”
It means “containment of life.”

Sowing seeds.
The Hindi word for seed is bija, which translates literally to “containment of life.” This is an apt description of these tiny miracles that contain everything needed to make a new plant. It’s time to consider what seeds to plant indoors each week!
It’s on my mind – what plants to grow & seeds to
gather for the spring & summer garden.
These thoughts are hopeful thoughts when grey skies and snow and rain and cold are what’s outside each day.

Planting indoors for some begins at the end of January (31st) & mid February (14th, Valentine’s day).
This is what is on my mind.

What else is on my mind?
To create a community & school online on zoom.
A place to learn together the foundations of astrology & the wisdom teachings.
Something important around this is forming in my mind.

The Astrology Today
Capricorn Sun, Mercury Mars & Pluto.
Jupiter & Uranus in Taurus.
Lots of plants in the element earth.
Thinking practically these day, planning for the future.

Pisces (2/6) moon today, with Saturn (3) & Neptune (6) in Pisces.
Venus (5) inconjunct Uranus (7( today (Sag, 4, 5, 6 & Taurus, 4).
They have a Ray in common which over rides the inconjunct.
What is that Ray? What is its name?
What else is governed by that Ray?
This is our school. It is also our “garden.”
