Pisces often lives behind ferns & water lilies & only comes out for a moment or two. Everyone’s kind loving messages did bring me out from behind those water lilies for a moment or two. To say hello & to say thank you, too, to everyone for their loving greetings.

And so we continue…
Today is Sunday, February 23, 2025.
Pisces Sun Mercury & Neptune. Capricorn moon.
Water & earth – they like each other. Water expands earth.
Earth offers boundaries to water. The gifts of each of them to the other.
Mercury (4) trines Mars (6) today –
As Mars becomes stationary in the sky in order to turn around & move forward again.
Mercury is talking to Mars…you’ve been retrograde for so long (since Dec. 6) – now it’s time to move forward into new activities, new actions, new ways of being. Ever so slowly.

Mars began its retrograde on Dec. 6, 2024 at 6 degrees Leo.
Question: Where is 6 Leo in everyone’s chart?
What area of life?
That is the area where Mars retrograded & we turned inward.

Now, Sunday, February 23, Mars turns around at 17 degrees Cancer (where is that degree/sign) over the next few days beginning to move forward.
However, Mars remains in its retrograde shadow until the beginning of May! That means Mars is moving ever so slowly to meet its retrograde degree (6 Leo). Then it’s free from its retrograde shadow. Suggestion: Follow along with these degrees/signs on your astrology chart.

Here on Earth.
So, we, too, here on Earth, move ever so slowly – from an inward looking time (2 1/2 months) to an outward looking time!

Mars
Mars is action & activity, our desires & aspirations, hopes, wishes, dreams (skillful means).

During the Mars retro we may not have known what our desires were, we may not have been hungry.
Mars is outer activity.
When it’s retrograde the activity is inward.
We notice these things when we study the influences of astrology & apply this information to our astrology chart & our daily lives.

And so…
Retrogrades for 1/2 of 2025 !
Mars retrogrades every 1 1/2 years.
Venus retrogrades every 2 years!
This is an unusual retrograde year, 2025.

So, as Mars will be moving out of its retrograde phase, we will have NO planets retrograde (unusual) for one whole week!
However, another retrograde begins next Saturday! And another after that!

Venus & Mercury
Venus Retrogrades then Mercury!
Venus stations retrograde next Saturday March 1st at 11 degrees Aries. And on March 15, Saturday, Mercury stations retrograde, also in Aries (9 degrees 35 minutes).
The two, Venus & Mercury, both in Aries, will retrograde simultaneously! A most unusual situation!
