Esoteric disciples learn about the religious/spiritual history of humanity. From the past to the present.
For the western world, India was unknown & thought of as either exotic or a place of poverty & servility.
Here is a new documentary about the introduction of Eastern Teachings to the Western world. It changed the thinking to the people of the west. And has continued since them to change our thinking.
