Post #2 – Friday- Venus’s (money resources) day.
Understanding what happened today with the Supreme Court, the President & the Tariffs – a long read, commentaries, prez’s words, etc. regarding SC ruling – note under Saturn/Neptune in Aries – so that we are aware.
The prez to change the method to enact the tariffs so we can support our nation.
All this occurring on Saturn/Neptune Aries (all things new) day.
Saturn – restriction. Neptune (work around it).
What occurred today?
The Supreme Court (SC) rejects prez’s tariffs.
Did the SC check the wrong box?
On February 20, 2026, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump, striking down President Trump’s unilateral, sweeping global tariffs as unlawful. Chief Justice John Roberts, joined by the liberal justices and Justices Gorsuch and Barrett
held that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) does not authorize such broad, non-emergency tariffs without congressional approval, marking a significant check on executive trade power.
Six to three – three Justices dissented the unauthorization of tariffs.
Three Justices dissented the other six.
The Three Justices supporting the pres on tariffs – Thomas, Alito & Kavanaugh –
Thank you, the prez said.

Commentaries: There needs to be a reconciliation here.
What is impact on trade agreements?
SC took the ability away.
SC replacing their judgment instead of the prez/
T made tariffs as negotiations which creates better deals.
SC sanctimonious – prez lost negotiating power.
This decision – if tariffs, they will have to be approved by Congress.
Congress has deferred it’s rulings up til now.
Gorsuch’s response – said disagreement w/ prez is Congress does not have agility.
Congress. Words regulate & intention – confusing.
Just because something hasn’t been done before, doesn’t mean it’s not useful.
Does he have a Plan B? Will have to find legal avenue to do this.
So many different elements of tariff law, the prez can find another avenue.
Federal statutes allow for tariffs. 2025 – if national emergencies – tariffs can be lawful.
This is testing the law, precursor to allowing the prez to use tariffs.
Declare new tariff regimes based on other statutes.
Here are the agendas, the policies, find ways to get there.
What will happen now? Dow negative territory now.
Prez – expert at making deals, trillions of dollars of commitments via tariffs.
Plan B – Trade law – series of trade laws, Section 32 & 301 give prez ability to impose tariffs. Prez has to go country by country for tariffs –
Takes about a year to do this. Decision shows separation of powers works.
SC made clear – up to Congress to impose tariffs & taxes.
All have to work together for tariff & trade policies.
Prez & Congress must work together.
If advising prez after this decision – what does he do next legally?
SC didn’t touch the national emergency situation.
Prez ability to act in emergency is still safeguarded.
Nuanced tariff policy – impose tariffs on countries that are threats to the US.
China, S. America, countries harming us economically, countries need specific deals.
Lots of people disappointed (White House). Think big picture & then consolation.
Decision based on separation of powers – Power of purse, Congress checks & balances.
Careful with presidential power so later prez don’t misuse prez power.
Destroys Dem words that SC is in the pocket of the prez.
Debates between Justices were important – heavy legal dispute.
The SC focused on law not politics.

The Prez – disappointed w/ Supreme Court (SC) decision.
SC ruling on tariffs (not allowing them) is deeply disappointing.
To three Justices, who maintain & understand the Law –
To Thomas, Alito & Kavanaugh – thank you –
(the other 6 SC Justices dissented).

When prez reading dissenting opinions (their automatic no, against anything making America strong healthy – disgrace to our nation) –
Foreign countries ripping us off are now ecstatic, dancing in street.
But not for long. They are being politically correct & it has happened often with this court – having to do with voting. Fools for Rinos. Unpatriotic & disloyal, swayed by foreign interests & small political movement. Certain Justices afraid.
It was an important case, for economic & national security – so important for our country.
Good news, methods recognized by Court & by Congress, stronger than tariffs.
I was modest in asking other countries & businesses – wanting to be well behaved with other countries. I understand the SC – easily swayed.
Affectively utilized tariffs to make America great again.
Dow up, S&P up – in one year, broke all recodes.
Tariffs used to end five of 8 wars – tariffs used as penalty against countries sending poisons to our country.
No one left to appeal to now.
Alternatives – SC incorrectly rejected the tariffs.
Prez can embargo but can’t charge a dollar. Can do anything to nations, destroy them but can’t charge them anything. Embargo, can’t do business, want them out of our country, but can’t charge a dollar.
We have other powerful choices. We have to do what’s right for the country & the Constitution. The three Justices were correct.
Have the right to license but can’t charge a license fee.
Court given prez to ban everything coming into our country.
To destroy other countries. This is crazy.
Now will go into another direction. Could have gone before.
Stronger than our original choice.
Justice Kavanaugh – wrote in his dissent – he disagrees court’s decision.
It doesn’t stop prez from going forward.
Prez can charge much more now.
Although Prez disagrees w/ SC decision – numerous other Fed statues
Will justify most if not all tariffs.
Statutes include – trade expansion act, trace act of 1974, tariff act of 1930.
A longer process. I tried to make things simple.
Thank you K, for his genius.
In actuality the SC’s decision made prez more powerful & crystal clean.
Protection of our country will now increase due to this decision.
Based on long standing law & thousands of victories.
They overruled a particular use of tariffs to license but not charge.
All other conditions on a foreign country’s ability to conduct trade with the US.
Now we will use them. The SC affirms in order to protect our country, we can charge even more tariffs than before. Using other tariff authorities, confirmed & fully allowed.
Effective immediately all existing tariffs, remain fully in place & in full force & affect.
Imposing 10% global tariff over & above all tariffs to protect our country from unfair trading practices.

Going forward now, taking in more money. No more doubt now. Lawsuits were foreign country centric, not benefitting the US. This is stopped. We now have a firm decision. And the SC isn’t showing a good spirit towards our country.
Quite simply – we maintain MAGAgain.

(Note: this is a trick- the SC ruling fell into a trick they were unaware of).
